No difference, run up in there as FC is dying and spam right click. Fearbomb or CC if you got it. Stop healing anyone standing on top of it who looks like they are a faster right clicker than you. I mean you want your achievement, right? Some sacrifices must be made.

Degenerative gameplay as a means of earning an achievement is exactly why that particular requirement should be removed.
Im all for keeping the flag cap ones in AV and AB, but the WSG one should go.

Pretty sure this achievement was removed in Retail because a lot of classes generally had a disadvantage when trying to do it (movement speed, mobility, stuff that’d let you tap a flag ever so slightly faster). This shouldn’t be that hard in Classic.

Good, ive been building my pvp set on my dk. I have prolly already killed you there.
Then why has the PvP part steadily gotten worse and worse until they eventually just got rid of PvP servers and factions altogether? 
They are milking that transfer service. So people started jumping servers at the slightest balance change. They never should have had server transfers but we are here now. I happen to like open world pvp, fighting over nodes makes the very boring open world interesting.

I did it years ago in retail and was it a pain - yup but was it satisfying when I got done yup! Was it difficult, no.

I keep seeing remove this or remove that for this achievement. Guess what folks - what you are looking for is a participation trophy. It is not an achievement if you didn’t do anything. If your basketball team didn’t win the championship - you didn’t win - and you shouldn’t get a prize for it.
Just be truthful and ask Blizzard, give me a free mount that I don’t have to work for and be done w/all of this pretend things are hard to do in a game.

Uh… No? This achievement is the participation medal. I don’t want to participate at all.
I do recall lots of PvP focused players hating the PvP component of the achievement more than anything.
Why? Because their BGs got flooded with PVE focused people that queued up ONLY for the achievement, and gave zero F’s about the actual BG objectives or winning the match.
It was fun to play EoS as a SV hunter in Cata for this event tho. You could launch an explosive trap onto the flag, and serpent spread the crowds gathered and d millions of dmg.
I’m gonna file this under “I did it once, and see no reason to ever do it again”

What other free stuffs do you want that you don’t have to work for?
I don’t want free stuff. I don’t want anything PvP related. You can keep the achievement for flexing your epeen over other pvpers if you want.
None of the things asked in the achievement are hard lol
Apparently, they are for some… but I 100% agree with you. Not difficult at all.
They just want to click a button and presto they get loot.
Great - then don’t do the meta, you are not required to but for the rest of us who don’t care to run into a pvp area for a few rounds don’t mind at all.
