No. When Void Elves were originally introduced, before they were playable, we did a quest series introducing the concept. Do you know what we saw? Alleria Windrunner, a High Elf, with a void marking. Not a purple elf with tentacles. While it’s true that Alleria displayed a very dark skin tone for a short period of time, it wasn’t a permanent coloration and there were no tentacles to be seen. This led many of us to believe that there may be some trace of the void, but we didn’t imagine we’d be playing tentacle smurfs.

Seems like the perfect recipe for a bug to happen to grant velves unintended options.
Because it’s been a while now and if they intended all four to get them then we’d have DR NB by now.
Hmm, almost like NPCs get special privileges.
Like how anduin is running around in plate as a priest.
How only fat kul titans are playable despite the most famous one being fit.
Have you seen the abomination that is a DR with blond hair and void tentacles coming from their scalp?
The race has no freaking identity
Or perhaps it was intended to give the options to all elf skeletons who use that skin and you have no official proof whatsoever that it was a bug.

Not a single velf was present.
Yet they get DRs but not NB? When Dark rangers are horde.

Again, Void and Blood Elves share the same exact skeleton.
Night Elves and NB do not.
Hence why those 3 races were able to get Darkfallen skins.

That doesn’t mean anything…
The fact that their models are so similar is why the bug happened… Again the forums were littered with bugged out velves for an entire week.
You’re out of your mind if they’re going to grant the alliance two DRs instead of the horde, or making to equal, just because the two share the same model.
And fyi, NB share the same as nelves minus a minor modification for the NB females.
And also, a rig has nothing to do with a skin…
As you can see nelves and belves both have completely different rigs yet both have DRs.

I’m saying that DR velves weren’t intended as an option and were caused by a bug that blizz didn’t have the guts to overturn.
Why else you think horde only has one DR while alliance has two despite DR being a horde gimmick

It was never a bug. If it was, they would have said something. The forums tend to take a while for character portraits to update, particularly when race changing.

They did give DR’s to the alliance so Idk what you are on about.

A rig absolutely has everything to do with skins. Night Elves and Blood Elves have been using Dark Ranger skins in BFA so therefore, that skin was able to be copied and pasted on to Void Elves.
Try harder.

Naw, Blizzard wanted a win by distributing the skin to as many people as they could without doing any extra labor. This is why the skin and eyes can’t be split, and why the skin doesn’t work on dks or DHs.
It was a skin made a year ago for NPCs they let anyone with the relevant model put on.
