Remove force personal loot in guild raids

Personal loot is great  . Turn off auto loot every where I go, never receive whispers regarding loot. Go to mailbox after said run, win. Even in pug raids I do the same, my loot I do whatever I want with it.

Having guilds be forced into personal loot is great as well, nobody can bully into giving away a piece of gear in a guild group now.

Whats to understand? Thieves want power back. They continue to make bait and troll posts to get that power back. Nothing more.

It is really a waste of time but hey
 you do you.

If you actually care about your guild progressing together, you should ask how those CE guilds managed it on PL, rather than blaming your guild’s 3/9 progression on lack of ML. I think you’d find that removal of loot drama is a much bigger benefit than ML ever was - unless, of course, the objective is to benefit the ML clique at the cost of the rest of the guild.

Thank you for proving my point.

HEYYO. Taking it personal. And making up things I said. I love it when people do this. Its like waving a white flag.

I never said a thing about blaming my guild’s progression on a lack of ML. I know what our issues were. And it was the attendance bug.

But hey. You do you. If you can’t offer anything to the discussion other than trolling, I am done responding to you.

Wierd how someone gets told and they then cry that they are getting trolled and they know nothing about the subject and they should not comment or share their pov.

You must be from some other game. The guild mechanics don’t work by election in Warcraft. The guild leader is, in fact, basically a dictator.

This also explains why some people hate LFR
they lose that power of dictatorship.

Did you know there is something you can do if you don’t like how your guild is being run?

That makes sense if you have no clue what you are talking about.

Personal Loot doesn’t really have a place in higher end raiding, sure it feels unfair to some people but you signed up for this when you joined the guild and participated knowing full well on how loot will be distributed, if you don’t like master loot, the door is over there.

Which if that’s what they were doing I question how many of them got CE over multiple tiers

Attendance “bug”? What bug affected attendance?

ML would likely have made any attendance problems even worse. You’re basically admitting that your belief in “ML so that a guild can progress” is unfounded.

It is not your loot. It is Blizzards and they have the power to decide how it gets handed out.

Even then
after that is said and done, you still own nothing in the game.

The way high end raiding works is that people use standard loot rules, sometimes called “personal” loot. If you don’t like that, you needn’t participate in high end raiding.

The casual player base would be in an uproar if that happened, they’d be the only ones that probably couldn’t afford them.

Man I love hearing about how high end raiding works from someone who has never even gotten AOTC. Fantastic.

ok. No I am not admitting that. At all.

if you can’t use basic reading comprehension, or stop putting words in my mouth, or try to come at me personally, I will just move on.

I am genuinely curious about your experience in how high end raiding works.

I don’t understand what you mean here, Personal loot isn’t a choice since they added it. This thread is about it being removed because it’s a poor system especially when the only thing it goes off of is whether or not you have a higher ilvl item for that slot even if it’s not an upgrade. Masterlooter you can give items to people that’ll actually use them, I only dps and yet I couldn’t trade 2 bis healing trinkets to my guilds healers, yeah the system makes total sense.

From their logic it doesn’t even sound like it tbh.

As usual, you’re blaming others for your inability to communicate your ideas - or, possibly, for the internal inconsistency of your ideas that’s exposed when you do communicate them. But hey, feel free to move on - I bet you don’t.

You don’t have to do high end raiding to know that it uses standard loot mechanics. Unless you’d like to argue otherwise?
