Personal loot is great . Turn off auto loot every where I go, never receive whispers regarding loot. Go to mailbox after said run, win. Even in pug raids I do the same, my loot I do whatever I want with it.
Having guilds be forced into personal loot is great as well, nobody can bully into giving away a piece of gear in a guild group now.
If you actually care about your guild progressing together, you should ask how those CE guilds managed it on PL, rather than blaming your guildâs 3/9 progression on lack of ML. I think youâd find that removal of loot drama is a much bigger benefit than ML ever was - unless, of course, the objective is to benefit the ML clique at the cost of the rest of the guild.
Wierd how someone gets told and they then cry that they are getting trolled and they know nothing about the subject and they should not comment or share their pov.
Personal Loot doesnât really have a place in higher end raiding, sure it feels unfair to some people but you signed up for this when you joined the guild and participated knowing full well on how loot will be distributed, if you donât like master loot, the door is over there.
Attendance âbugâ? What bug affected attendance?
ML would likely have made any attendance problems even worse. Youâre basically admitting that your belief in âML so that a guild can progressâ is unfounded.
The way high end raiding works is that people use standard loot rules, sometimes called âpersonalâ loot. If you donât like that, you neednât participate in high end raiding.
I donât understand what you mean here, Personal loot isnât a choice since they added it. This thread is about it being removed because itâs a poor system especially when the only thing it goes off of is whether or not you have a higher ilvl item for that slot even if itâs not an upgrade. Masterlooter you can give items to people thatâll actually use them, I only dps and yet I couldnât trade 2 bis healing trinkets to my guilds healers, yeah the system makes total sense.
As usual, youâre blaming others for your inability to communicate your ideas - or, possibly, for the internal inconsistency of your ideas thatâs exposed when you do communicate them. But hey, feel free to move on - I bet you donât.
You donât have to do high end raiding to know that it uses standard loot mechanics. Unless youâd like to argue otherwise?
