Remember when every content creator said the new UI is AMAZING

You can move this. Select the Talking Head ticky option from the list and click and drag it to wherever you want. I put mine off to the left.

You literally left everything out showing your ignorance, doubling down on your ignorance. lol Thanks man. Screenshot gold :joy:

But can you resize it, though? It’s REALLY FREAKING HUGE.

Not sure I can think of anywhere I can put it that won’t be a huge distraction unless I can put half the window offscreen or something.

OP likes to ramble like a madman. Nothing coherent either.

Used stock UI since Novemeber 2004. Much perfer the New UI.

  1. You can? Edit mode and clicking on it gave you thr same options. I fiddled with itblast night as i wanted them a little bigger.

  2. Animated portraits? Player portait? Target portait? Could you gice some details on this.

  3. Never have had this option with the old UI either. New UI i moved the talking hard to the top of the screen.

4.?? When i open my bags, they appear beside my action bars. Yours are overlapping them? Did you add a bunch of bars to the side? Or just 2o or 3?

  1. Old UI never had an option to adjust the mini map either.

  2. Didnt have that option either in the old UI.

  3. I like this change. When are you having issues seeing things? What makes it hard for you?

  4. You couldnt changr the bar before either.

For years, players wanting these changes had to resort to mods to do. Nothing changed. Now we just have more options and able to make more custimization.

I only watch two content creators, who talk about transmog. Otherwise the rest are boring.

That’s what I was wondering when you said stop whining at me when someone finally gave you the attention you crave like 5 comments above :joy:

So, wait, this topic is being serious?

Yikes…

Yes? It’s great.

I like the new UI as well. I dropped Bagnon, Z-perl, SUI and a couple of others because the UI meets my needs.

Ppl who expect it to be elvui should probably just stick with elvui.

You can make them BIGGER, but not SMALLER (the default size is already the minimum size it lets you select). I also wanted to make it wider, but not taller.

Your character’s face next to your HP/MP meters, and also I assume enemies’ are also animated.

There was an addon (that no longer works) that got rid of that window entirely.

I prefer moving my action bars off to the side some, because I did that in XIV which I also play (so I can see the area immediately around my character’s feet which is useful for dodging crap). Unfortunately when I do this, I get some overlap with the bags.

No but the old Minimap was smaller so I didn’t need to. New minimap is plain too big without the option to shrink it.

Put a clear tube with green in it against a green background, like brightly lit grass. Note how you can’t see the fricken meter anymore until you move somewhere darker.

Maybe not, but… if you can move and resize a bunch of other stuff, why not this? Seems so weird to leave that out.

Also, check out the screenshots I posted above for a better idea of what I mean.

Yep bagnon, elvui and 3 or 4 other ui enhancements.

I personally hate Elvui. But if others like it then yes that’s what they should use.

I definitely had a love hate feeling about elvui. When it worked it was great but as of lately it’s been extremely buggy and super frustrating

Off to the left is best case to most people.
The huge talking head box being dismissable or shrinkable has been an ask for years, so give them a few more UI iterations before they consider checking that feedback :joy:

I dunno. I feel like this is a good foundation for a UI, I’m sure it’ll change over time but the old one was just outdated. Probably was hard to work on so they just overhauled it

Sorry you lost to reality. Too bad our comment history will remain so everyone can see how smooth brained you are until you flag it because you got dunked on. Multiple times.

I will agree it has potential but I just can’t wrap my head around them shipping a clearly “not even close to finished” feature out the door in this state.

It’s barely functional and missing half the features you’d expect it to have.

This is doubly true for the fact that you can’t revert to the old if you don’t like the new.
