With the recent announcement, less than 24h before deployment, Vindicators off-set pieces (bracers/boots ect) have had their mark cost reduced by half.
This is good news, reducing the barrier of entry to PvP for people with less time to grind out huge amounts of honor and marks.
However, the timing of this particular cost change is pretty awful as it’s new/current phase gear that has only been available for about a week, with many of us pre-grinding to honor/mark cap in order to purchase multiple Vindicator items as soon as they became available. This change means we’ve essentially wasted half of our marks, which are also now worth more honor via hand-ins due to another change. If I’d known this change was coming, I would have held off my purchase.
Please, refund 50% of the marks that we have spent on Vindicator gear last week.
Why was it not possible to announce this change BEFORE season 3? Even just 1 minute before you put season 3 gear into the vendors, no one would have been mad. Instead you do it a week after…
Overall, these are good changes to PvP marred by terrible communication.

These are great changes, but should have been communicated before the season started.
Also, Tier 5 tokens for Season 2 gear seems a bit too early. Maybe save it for phase 4?

Didn’t have a choice. No info was given and it was reasonable to assume this wasn’t coming this soon given the 17yrs of previous changes Blizz has made we had to go on.

Absurd that you cut the price of BiS gear that’s been out a week by this much with no notice. I’m down 55 marks because you didn’t communicate a major change a week in advance.
T5 tokens for S2 gear is also too early. Give it at least a phase before you let people pick up full merciless, which the average arena player spent the last 2+ months grinding. All that effort and now you let people get the same gear in a 2 hour gdkp with bought gold.
