I’m having the same issue… got the email from noreply@em.blizzard.com, no option for Beta Stress when i select Region/Account. I have tried logging out of the launcher as well as restarting my computer.
i dont think the 2 PTR has anything to do with it personally as i know people with both 1 and 2 that didnt get the stress test option on drop down menu
Well I got one removed, but I’m now back to trying the Beta Launcher and a Scan / Repair to try and fix it.
The GM knew of this thread, and said updates would be provided here.

an of course CS only tells you to follow this forum for the most current info…
100% it has to do with having 2 PTRs. Your friend with only 1 might have been phished or needs to restart the client to get it to show up
I too received an email but no option for the beta in the launcher. Received an email 13 hours ago now
How many PTR’s do you have.
So how do you remove the second PTR option. Go in-game and create a ticket?
Yeah I did it through my Account screen, in a live chat.
Is removing the PTRs just a spitball attempt here, or is this potentially a genuine solution?
I’m getting the impression that this is just a shot in the dark.
Also, does removing the PTR require CS, or can I do this myself?

Ha, I have two cause I clicked on it twice accidently a while ago. I opened a ticket last night and still haven’t been responded to yet :x
Go to your account on the website and click support, account related, live chat option. They get online with you in minutes.
you think they would have sent this email out a few days before in case of an issue like this not the night before i mean come on
same as me, I asked CS delete 2 PTR AC too, but still not working
I don’t think removing the PTRs at this point will do anything, since it appears simply having the 2 PTRs on your account when you received the email blocked the flagging process. Anyone who got the stress test, in their account it shows up as a PTR account. Somehow the flagging process already saw the extra PTR account, thought it was the stress test, and then didn’t flag the account for access because it assumed it had it already.
This could be it for sure.
where you get your info or are you just best guessing thats what happened to those that have 2 PTR
Just best guessing, but there are a lot of people (including myself) who had 2 PTR’s who this is impacting.

WOW I accidentally made a second PTR the other day and I also got an email with nothing in the launcher
Got the email as well with nothing in my drop down menu
