There was a point to be made that the poll said a server merge rather than the free transfers offered by Blizzard, how much of a change would that effect the poll taken on the Shadow strike discord.
I do feel that it could drastically change the outcome of the vote. After all people are telling those that want to transfer to just re-roll which would cause them to leave the server anyway.
Basing it on the fact they don’t want their own ping to increase by around 300 seems more likely to get a visceral response from the community server.
Of course if you read the poll as is then it should have NO bearing on the FCM’s since Shadow strike is not merging with crusader strike and Blizzard has made no mention of it on this particular forum (or others to my knowledge).
So if Shadow strike is healthy and people don’t want to move then even if Blizzard does offer the transfers the server will be fine.

My transfer says 2 days 8 hours, it originally said 1 day 7 hours. I tried to log in but it said I cant until the character update I’ve initiated is complete.

Please let us move from Penance to Wild Growth.
In the few minutes I logged into WG to check out auction prices I saw more groups and raids forming in LFG than I would see in an entire entire evening on Penance.

I’m not being hostile here, but what exactly do you think happens after FCM opens up and new character creation is closed?
We can see from the poll data that about 20% want to move, so let’s apply that literally and assume that every raid team will see 20% of it’s members disappear instantly.
A lot of guild leadership will not be able to recover from this, some guilds will merge but it won’t be possible for most, due to raid comp issues.
So, many guilds will transfer out of pure survival, against their will, as a direct result of FCM opening up.
FCM = server merge, they’re the same thing.

So characters in transfer are still getting ‘Login Failed’ so that’s certainly not true about being able to login on their original realms. So when is this being fixed? All you had to do was not listen to <10% of people on a random discord server and keep Oce transfers open.
What’s the ping like for OCE ping on lone wolf? ATM it’s 220 for CS
All transfers are currently broken due to some technical issue.

The OCE region is very large, this is part of the issue with idiots living in sydney spamming ‘ping is no problem bro!!’
For example, I am getting 250-300 from where I live, VPN or not. It’s just a matter of physics lol.

Around 174ms from Brisbane. With exitlag or other similar apps it drops to about 150ms
I think you fundamentally do not understand how the internet functions.

If you’re getting that sort of ping mate and running programmes to lower it somethings wrong. I sit on 100 ms with no programmes with other programmes 20 ms steady
