All 200 of penance players need to just come to shadowstrike
then LEAVE, its simple, go create a new toon on the laggy US realms, NO ONE is stopping you

Instead of listning to the squeeky wheel bunch of peeps who posted up some bung vote, HERE is the feedback coming in LOUD and FAST! Hundreds of posts of feedback in <2hrs after you made a last min call not to allow it!
Hope you actually take legitimate feedback onboard presented by the MAJORITY and not just some whingers in the corner.

OCE realms are dead for anything under 60 content. 1 guild has a chokehold on “boosting” and obsessed with parsing. AH on both factions are sub 2k listings for Shadowstrike. Nobody in the open world to quest with…
Some of us played WoW before OCE realms existed and were just fine with the small ms increase.
LET US TRANSFER OR MERGE OCE REALMS WE JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME
PS: To all of the poor Penance players. A lot of Shadowstrike wanted to merge too… It’s a vocal minority on discord

Any reason these transfers were lined up with one of the only quests in classic that has an NPC mail you something a week later? I have no mail yet can’t transfer because of this dumb Bounty of the Harvest horn the NPC hasn’t even sent yet.
Any Dev that sees this can you PLEASE delete the mail.
This is terrible Blizzard.
Notwithstanding the incredibly bad look of waiting to less than 10 minutes before transfers were due to tell us this:
Penance is effectively dead with only a small number of guilds actively raiding and no prospects of expanding raid groups or replacing those who move on.
The AH \ economy is broken due to the small population.
LFG is also pretty dead so good luck finding people to help with dungeons\quests\leveling alts if you don’t have guildies to help out.
Who knows what this latest poor decision will do to the server population as so many are disappointed and upset by this decision and may well vote with their feet and leave WoW.
Please open Penance to transfer to WG to let those of us who want a vibrant community and are willing to deal with a bigger ping transfer.

All you AU people who want to transfer aren’t missing anything. The entire process is bricked for everybody trying to transfer from servers who are actually “allowed” to do so. Maybe by the time they figure out the mess they’ve created, they’ll have changed their minds on what servers can transfer where.

the xfers dont even show as in progress anymore… i’m scared
so no word on how you opened up character creation for an hour ahead of time and the angry RP players on CS took all the names and guild names they could? unsubbed…enjoy your trainwreck.

You should have been FCM’d, your server is dead.
Shadowstrike held a community poll with a large sample size, resulting in ~75% voting they DO NOT want to merge. Shadowstrike is active enough to sustain itself until the end of SoD without getting shoved into chicago.
Blizzard, and many other american posters in this thread, seem to be unable to discern the difference between pennance and shadowstrike realms.

It’s so funny to see someone so against transfers telling someone that doesn’t like the decision to leave their server. They’re trying to chief, you stopped them.
To then call people asking for transfers to happen trolls at the same time is also baffling.

How has any one stopped them? create a new toons and leave, had what like 8 months to do that? so no, you are wrong
300 votes in a discord isn’t a large poll when there’s 3000 people on your server my guy. You need to learn basic statistics.

More nonsense. There was no need to voice our opinions because Blizzard didn’t actually alert us to these changes until 10:58am this morning.
Had they done this earlier, the response would be the same. The vocal majority are speaking now. It’s pretty obvious by the number of posts. Suddenly your voice has become the minority.
