There could be a flying carriage that carries your party members, an AH, and a bank up for sale in the cash shop and I wouldn’t touch it. That stuff is overpriced.
I’m probably a small minority that thinks the Trading Post - while a neat idea - in the long run is just going to create too much bloat. It’s probably meant for people with FOMO…if you have that …kill it dead. No game is worth it.
We are already paying a sub for WoW so this is not equal. I am not a fan of putting currency in the cash shop. Blizzard really need to put a hard stop on things or just make WoW Buy to Play. Then add a very robust cash shop. The whole point of a sub is to avoid microtransactions but WoW is getting more and more of them.
wow is free to play too, using gold and or up to lvl 20…so not really spending Real money on wow time, some people do but most people use gold now seeing gold falls from the sky now and easy to get or farm.
This is a dishonest take. If WoW was free to play then we would get the extra tenders because we pay a sub, not something we have to pay extra for.
This is good way to ruin the trading post.
Why not just raise the cap, if you want to earn more in a given month? I’d be on board for that long before I’d be on board for this.
The point you still have yet to address is their reason for NOT putting permanent/uncapped tenders on the store (outside of one-off bundles like this one). Tenders aren’t just a carrot to reward long-term retention, they actively encourage people to get out into the world every month and do content, especially seasonal content like Love Is In The Air, Lunar Festival and even Plunderstorm. That makes the world as a whole feel more alive. Every single person who would get diverted away from that by the store shortcut makes the world feel that much less populated.
There would be a short-term gain for Blizzard sure, but a negative impact in the long run, and you haven’t proposed a solution for that.
As a reminder, you don’t have to pay for anything in the store and can still get it. You don’t even have to pay for your sub if you really don’t want to.
Well aware and have used gold for my sub many of times. This does not change the fact this is a sub based game. Making gold is dependent on you first having a sub in order to play.
Your complaint was about “paying extra” though. You can just pay the sub and farm gold for everything on the store if that’s what you want, no “extra” needed. That includes any bundles they release with tender inside.
I am still paying extra the extra being my money or my time spent farming. It is one thing to get tenders from content I was going to do anyway it. That is a win but having to put effort into farming gold is work. My complaint still stands.
Allow for people to continue to get tenders by filling out their log at a reduced rate. No need to put tenders in the cash shop when there is an option add more to the game.
So you want the stuff on the store to be free? What would be the point of that? If it had no additional ROI they wouldn’t be able to justify the dev/artist time making it.
I am not talking about all the stuff in the store, I just don’t want tenders in the store. The devs are not doing anything extra for tenders.
If all you are upset about are bundles that contain tenders, then I’m sorry, farming gold for those bundles is not a big ask. Compared to farming gold for either Brutosaur that’s peanuts, and plenty of people did that.

I wish. I have made two other threads in the last 7 months about uncapping it, only to get the usual troll responses and to be ignored. So I did not just “go right to paying for tender”, but I figured if I waved some $100 bills in their face, they might smell the ink and give us at least ONE option.

I have asked for a raised cap to 2500, and an unlimited cap just so we can do everyday content all month long for extras. Some of us do not touch M+, but the Trading Post is a source of enjoyment for us. I would much rather have unlimited and earnable tenders, but they have blown both of my “free” options off twice. This one is tougher to walk away from.
The other option, just like the AH mount would be to use Gold to buy tokens, turn tokens into BNet cash, use BNet cash to buy tenders. Sure it’s an exchange nightmare, but still makes it a “free” option. 
Same… I imagine my wife is gonna look at my EoM statement and be like, “Did you really spend $1,100 this month on BNet?” and I’m gonna have to log in and show her all the cool stuff I got 
I mean, Can you blame us, It like we get limt funs with so many choices… we want we can get, if we don’t get it who know when they show up, Also price tags… It why I opt for more way to get more Tinder
Like if you cap out on weekly bar thing, Let us get reward for doing more of traveler quest like 30-50 tiner or hack pity tiner of 5- 2 be fine
