they said after they took it out of the game and 9.1 that it wouldn’t come back and then they turned right around and sold a better version of it for $90 in the cash shop. They flip-flop on a lot of things and I imagine this is gonna be one more of those topics. They flip-flop on as soon as they figure out they can make cash on it.
I would rather the cap just be removed. I would sit there and do content all day every day just for tenders. But if they’re not gonna win cap it, I feel like I can open up my wallet and make it worth their time.

Well yea the point of the trading post was to cause morons like you to make posts like this at all.
Everything should always be obtainable for every player in every game, this includes exclusive items. No one is owed exclusivity but if you’re going to spend $15 a month and something like $300 every 18 months then you deserve to have the ability to eventually get everything without spending additional money because guess what the trillion dollar owned company doesn’t need this!

not really sure the insult was necessary. I would much rather have the tenders just uncapped and available for unlimited content. Speaks volumes about the sort of person you are that your first inclination is to insult somebody rather than simply disagree with the idea.

I resort to that first because most people, especially here or in any gaming community just cannot be reasoned with. In this particular case what you are asking for quite literally shills out and just funds more yachts for the execs, not content for us.
Everything in the trading post should be a drop or something you can get with gold or any other currency type, 95% of it is recycled reused assets anyways.
I would much rather they uncap the tenders and allow people to just keep earning them throughout the month. However, if they refused to uncap, I have a solution for that. Next time try not to be so insulting right out of the gate some of us are just here to post ideas and not actually fight with someone.
It doesn’t, it says they don’t want to see it become as common as repair mounts are today.
If it did say what you claim, then they would never have made an AH mount in the first place.
Them comparing the two AH mounts to the most basic repair mount is far more apt, and shows blizzard was never averse to bringing it back in some form so long as they could maintain whatever arbitrary level of scarcity they’ve for themselves set.
If the idea gets Blizzard more money that they don’t need or deserve, then it’s not a good idea and the complete opposite of a solution.
They’re never going to uncap the tender. The point of the trading post, as I originally said, is to cause you to want more but they won’t do the right thing regarding that. They’re not your friend, they’re nobodies friend. They will gladly take your suggestion to let people buy them though and that’s why I have a huge problem here anyway.

nope, definitely no disguises here. I’m actually suggesting monetary transactions. However the uncapped idea is a solid Plan B. We know they’ve walked back their position on things in the past so maybe if they decide they don’t wanna make any money on it. They might just go ahead and cap it. trust me, I never do thinly veiled anything lol I come straight out and say what I’m thinking. I know I was serious on it because I actually took the time to mock up a screen for it

They have. I have my own desires for stuff I want them to bring back that would also be considered ‘controversial’ (shiny legion feral) that I know would kick up a stink with some people.
I know if they did this suggestion that I’d participate to avoid FOMO, so know that while I oppose it it’s largely for my own compulsions. 
My lack is self control is why I don’t play Genshin impact or whatnot. Then again it’s like $30 or something a month to get everything even if they do. Not a biggie

I hear you on that. I’m definitely not struggling for money by any stretch of the imagination however, when my wife sits down to do the bills every month, she sends me a text with a picture of whatever it was I spent and then just put the word “really?”
I told her the kids are out of the house and video games are my only hobby lol so I will spend as I darn well please lol

What do you even need the tender for? I’m currently at like 2.5k, I buy everything I actually want every month and it keeps rising. I raid log, do an odd m+ and some world content sometimes and that’s my entire engagement in the game. Maybe level some forsaken alt a level per week but that’s it.
So how do you even run out of the tenders, do you just buy every trashcan recolor not worth the work that was put into it by the devs or what?
I spent some time away from the game so I don’t have those extra months saved up where there was nothing exciting on the trading post. I’ve only been using the trading Post since the really cool stuff has been coming out the last three or four months. So it would be nice to have a surplus of tenders lying around just in case there are extra things like there are this month that I really want that I just can’t afford

There’s two teddies in the store right now. They are pretty low on my ‘want’ list - enough for me to hold off. If I could buy currency I’d just complete my list every month. I’d always also get the ‘highlight’ costume every month.
Cosmetic/toy addiction I can’t put my finger on it. You have any friends that basically have an infinite list of material wants? Kinda like that .

Blizz is well known for backtracking/reneging on both explicit and implied promises they’ve made in the past. The bruto was merely the latest example. The Legion spider was another.
That being said, I do not agree that tender should be available to purchase outright for IRL cash. Although that is effectively what is already happening anyway. It’s just obfuscated by the attached cosmetics they throw in as a vague gesture to try to hide that fact. So what you’re asking for is already happening.
