Restart the launcher and game.

Try a full relog - game and launcher, Aitaridie. See if that helps. If not - you may need to put in a ticket.

I am having the same issue. I tried logging out and back in multiple times from both game and launcher.

I’s wasn’t logged in, is workin now though. much obliged.

It looks like your subscription was refunded, Totentam, based on your last contact. Did you set up a new one?

Yes i just setup a new one after i was refunded a few hours ago. Within the battle.net application

I don’t show that it is active. Maybe try removing it and adding it back?

how do i remove it? I also just checked my bank account and it shows two -$15.93 charges and one +$15.93 charge for a refund

See if you have cancel option. It might be best if you submit a ticket under Purchase Failure.

I am getting the same thing here. I have logged out and back in and tried to access game on different computers but still says account is inactive on launcher
