Are you trying to tell me a 20+ item level bump for those who did is not an upgrade? The person that won it had a mythic raid level helmet, and won a non socketed LFR helmet. In no way is that an upgrade for that person. It’s possible it wasn’t the same item but was tier, but the piece they rolled on was not, so again even if the stats were better the item itself is not including the primary stat loss.
No, I never said trinkets. I would’ve specified trinkets if I meant trinkets. Your lack of attention to detail is probably what’s keeping you from achieving greatness in game.
Mythic plus armor can be upgraded to max of 483 from keys, up to 489 from vault. Mythic raid can be upgraded to 489. Even if that were true, I’d still not be wrong.
Why do you think this negates my opinion? A person with a mythic level piece of body armor shouldn’t be able to roll need on non tier body armor from LFR. I’m no reality could that be an upgrade. There’s a transmog button for a reason.
How many people do you know that refer to trinkets as armor? I’ve played with hundreds of others in this game since release and have yet to meet someone that calls a trinket armor.
Do you know why group loot feels worse than personal loot? Because in most cases it’s psychologically easier for people to accept a lost roll because the “computer did it” vs. losing an item to somebody who actively rolled against you to “steal” “your drop”. Maybe they deserve it, maybe they don’t.
Anyway, an anonymous loot arbiter is seemingly more palatable compared to an actual player you can put a name and face to, never mind that the system still handles the rolls in the background.
If the default behavior is roll on everything, and it is a mistake to not roll. Then there was zero reason to move away from personal loot.
Adding the additional step of clicking need, is unneeded.
Doesn’t matter what people think. What matters is the game classifies trinkets as a sub category of armor therefore it falls under your “armor” statement.
You’re the one that’s struggling to comprehend what is being said.
It boggles my mind how many players (at least here on the forums) just cannot emotionally handle seeing other people win loot. I know we are playing a game here, but can we grow the hell up a little?
I laugh every time I see somebody who inspects other players after the fact to see if they “deserve” it or not have the balls to call other players “toxic” and/or “griefers”.
“It’s not FAIR mom! Sally got a lollipop even though she didn’t help bring in the groceries! WAAAAAAH!”
I’m dumb? My guy, you literally read my comment here and started talking about trinkets. I even talk about stat spread (which items don’t have a spread, you guessed it trinkets!).
For you to mention trinkets is incorrectly picking a small piece of what I said and bring wrong for numerous replies after.
At the end of the day this is a team game. If I see someone absolutely destroying content and rolling on things they shouldn’t need then yeah I’m curious as to why they need it. Maybe I’m just nice, but I prefer to share things I don’t need.
