How are we going to get our Perky Pug if there is no RDF?
We all want the Pug Pet. Please don’t deny us the best pet in the game because RDF is out.

good point. Bring back RDF/LFD
If RDF is in the game you don’t have to click the button to use it my friend
other people using it would ruin not only wotlk, but any chance of classic plus.
I bet you assume a lot of things in life off these forums too, kekw
Its simple. RDF isnt of classic design philosophy. It was one of the first retail convenience things added to the game. Therefore it doesnt belong in classic.
And a global 50% xp buff isn’t a retail convenience (see Retail’s latest 50% buff).
Yeah, Blizz are willing to provide convenience, so whether or not you think it belongs or not is irrelevant to how they are doing things.
saying “BUT THIS” doesnt make you right. And blizz already put out a well worded essay on why no RDF. Seethe and cope nerd.
i hate to break it to you, but that was never on the table.
Seethe and cope.
They are already spending money to develop a different tool. RDF is not coming.
Leave your mega servers, make a social network, get a guild. I’m sorry killing boars and having to type “LFG” is too hard for you but this is classic, retail has the answer to your problems.
Thank you for another glorious “give RDF post” and all the amazing insights with it and have a wonderful afternoon.
Beautifully written 10/10
No RDF in Classic, you can have your Pug Pet in Retail.
Classic Wrath isn’t Wrath, there will be #SomeChanges and no RDF is one of them.
Wrath is still inexplicably the first classic expansion to have features removed under the “some changes” stuff.
It’s understandably infuriating to those that were hoping for a recreation of their favorite expansion to be fully featured, just like vanilla and TBC players largely got.
How are we getting our mr.chilly pet without battle.net implementation like the first time?
It’s not like they can just mail us these pets… why even have this thread ._.
Heres the thing with Wrath babies. They are legit what ruined the game and made retail what it is. Most vanilla/tbc players quit in cata. The wrath babies begged for all the convenient things added to this day and now retail is borderline dead compared to what it was in vanilla/tbc
“Most” Vanilla/TBC players quit in Cata…oh I’d love to see your sources of statistics .
It wasn’t so much the grouping conveniences that caused this as much as other design decisions that started taking over.
Blizzard started streamlining the content itself far more in cata and beyond. Dailies became a much larger game focus. Ultra easy mode raids were added so guilds weren’t needed to see all the content reliably. The game shifted to support never needing a community of people to play it over time.
Super easy group building isn’t an issue. Not having content exclusive to those that actually want to work together to some degree is. Also, making the game expect daily/weekly logins to maintain character progression on par with your peers, with catch up mechanics implemented after each and every tier just kind of sent WoW down the path of nothing you do mattering.
Not everyone is going to agree on what exactly killed the game, but I do think it’s wrong to say that being able to efficiently group with people was a major factor.
the world became barren as everybody sat in cities queing lfg to level. It was a core part of what ruind the game.
