yes it is that simple, if we are going to be looking at it as patches then fine, all talents should be 3.0 as well, no BG world queue, Death Knights and Paladins should oneshot anyone who looks at them funny, Ulduar should last 2 months max, you should only get badges of herosim for 10man nax and dungeons, valor only for 25, you want conquest you gotta do ulduar, want triumph gotta do TOGC. You really wanna go there cause im fine watching you sit in your ilvl 200 gear while Iām rocking TOGC H gear

who are you to tell others how they should play their game? is it because you feel you need to control everything around you? you need to lord it over people not even in your friends list or in your guild? what exactly is your problem with letting people choose how they play their game? it in no way effects you playing yours.
RDF is an interface that offers rewards, gold, and experience by doing dungeons. They paid people to go tank/heal at certain moments while the DPS received neither of these. That is additional content for people idling in capital cities to make money instead of having to offer their services in LFG. Blizzard is instead paying the player. That is content in my mind.

I understand them wanting people to quest through the zonesā¦fine. But in two to three months, we should have RDF implemented.
If you think people are gonna gear check for heroic Utgarde Keep you are out of your mind. Wrath heroics are so undertuned that it was a complete snorefest.
You can literally roll your face on the keyboard and aoe everything down. Not a single CC or interrupt.
Theyāll gear check for maybe the ICC patch ones, but not the rest. Seriously itās easy.

vs
managing all the merge conflicts in the database of the different class balance iterations and items pre/post nerf and the implications of classes being grossly op or unviable until ICC
Why they release it on ICC class balance is clear for anyone who has more than two brain cells. Not only does it eliminate the need to manage thousands of merge conflicts, it allows people to play the class they want because itās the most complete form of balance. It is in no way analogous to adding the RDF.
rdf is still just a tool to be used or not used. it is a CHOICE. removing RDF removes a choice. and who are any of us to be taking away other peoples choices. RDF provides a tool that is widely accepted by the less hardcore meta players, its a tool that helps smaller server communities survive, its a tool that helps smaller guilds prosper, its a tool that CAN lead to many friendships forged, guild membership increases, and alliances built between guilds based on the interaction within the dungeon. you can argue the same thing can be done with the current LFG tool and i could only half agreeā¦ RDF provides no gatekeeping options, LFG provides nothing but gatekeeping options. LFG chat is extremely toxic and racism, perversion, and political garbage clog up the channel.
And before you say ā¦ āyou dont have to even have the channel open, dont use itā i would say you may want to examine that solution and ask yourself āif i tell him this, why cant i just not use RDF?ā how hypocritical do you have to be to say that along with the old favorite of mineā¦ ādont like it go play retailā well guess whatā¦ ādont like it, go back to classic servers. they are still there you knowā

RDF was always coming later in the xpac. Theyāre going to use it as a marketing ploy to increase sub numbers once content starts getting stale later onā¦ the same way they did in 2009ā¦
