RDF is coming monkaS

Sounds great to me.

yea this isn’t english class, and you don’t get to call me bro, that’s reserved for people i wouldn’t punch in the face.

It was on the box and everything.

You wouldn’t punch me in the face because you wouldn’t be able to fill out the legal paperwork correctly afterwards :joy:

what legal paperwork, I’ve punched many a people in the face, I don’t fill out paperwork, i just tell the officer you used offensive lanauge that i considered fighting words and took action. Thank god for Texas

Yea that’s definitely not how it works in Texas

Source: 30+ years in Texas…

Sure thing bud, and then everybody clapped and every bombshell in a 10 mile radius threw herself at you. /s

You called me low IQ, don’t get mad when I point out that your IQ is much lower than mine, and that’s not a high bar.

100% is, if someone uses fighting words in Texas its considered an affirmative defense to fighting or assault, as the other person was deemed to have invited the assault. I’ve not once gone to jail for fighting for punching an idiot

If that is the case the bonus xp + daily are enough to make it a content release.

Find me the law that mentions “fighting words” being a defense. I’ll wait.

As someone who has spent a decade on 6th street trust me… I’ve seen way too many people go to jail for assault, both on and off the clock.

yea except you are an idiot, the fact that I don’t care about grammar is irrelevant to the discussion, the purpose of communication is that an idea is conveyed, not that is it grammatically correct, you fail the basic requirement of understanding how communication functions

Sec. 42.01. DISORDERLY CONDUCT. (a) A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly:

(1) uses abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language in a public place, and the language by its very utterance tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;

Yea… That doesn’t even remotely have anything to do with anything we’re talking about
That simply says that you can’t go around shouting profane stuff in public… It doesn’t even approach being a justification for committing assault.

Try again

If you’re going to call someone low IQ and then immediately display a lack of education do you not see how it makes you look like a clown

He didn’t punch anybody. He’s really someone known for sitting in corners.

I’ve had buddies go to jail because some idiot frat kid swung at them and they put him in the hospital. 10’s of thousands later they got off… but we’re all pretty well-versed on what does and doesn’t constitute assault down here on 6th… And punching someone for cursing at you definitely aint gonna end well…

Not having RDF is what causes people to sit in cities, because that’s all you have time to do when you’re forced to stare at your LFG tool and LFG chat trying to snipe invites or players. AFK traveling to a dungeon entrance barely qualifies as interacting with the world.

it 100% does, it means if you use fighting words its an offense under the law, as you invited the assault. I’ve had it explained to me plenty by actual cops, because the other person used words that would be expected to cause a fight that person knowingly invited a fight to occur, and commited an offense under the law by using such words.

Most recently someone used the C word to address a lady friend of mine, I promptly struck him, he was arrested for using fighting words causing a breach of the peace, i was however not charged as I acted as any reasonable person would, go ahead ask a cop about it

You can’t commit felony assault for a misdemeanor? I thought this was Texas.

That doesn’t even remotely follow my guy. Someone committing a crime does not automatically authorize you to commit an even greater crime… If someone jaywalks I can’t shoot them, yell “EVEN STEVENS” and walk away. That’s not how any of this works.
