I never did such a thing.

If anything, you’re refusing to admit you’re losing because of your skill level and scapegoating it with composition issues.

You just have an idea that you’re better than you are, honestly.

I’m not trolling when I say this, I think I could find better players in LFG/Yolos than what I play with outside of my main circle of friends.

Some people I play with quite literally invite the first people who sign up, regardless of CR or class.

Here, I thought best to show you just an example: https://imgur.com/Xu2GO8A

CR doesn’t mean anything when talking about the quality of the player. All of the lower CR people in your screenshot are Heros, Legends, Multi-season Glads and/or Rank 1s.

Am I missing something here or are you trolling?

Agreed.

Are they? I don’t know them.

Perhaps you can check-pvp them for me and come back?

Screenshot also does not show 2 other players.

No, I am in fact not trolling. I think the former is occurring.

Uh, I already did. Heros, Legends, Glads and/or R1s from the ones visible in the screenshot.

Who are they?

Not playing your game. Try someone else.

Feel free to make suggestions. Maybe Blizzard is listening.

I could be? I don’t really care to be the best. I’m sure I’m somewhere around middle of the road at best.

Somewhere around average to just below average is my comfort zone.

Besides all that. I’ve never argued that I’m great. I’ve never even argued that I’m decent. I’ve just been saying that team composition matters.

Shares a screenshot of a bunch of people with high xp.

Politician level dodging.

Based on the statistics I provided before from previous cut-offs, challenger was top 35% of players over 1000 rating.

You haven’t even achieved 1500.

What’re you going to do with team comp if you’re too bad to wield it?

I actually thought you would have understood the point of where I was going.

Foolish of me to have that much faith in somebody so naive

My season best was 1580 thank you very much.

Comp really only matters at high ratings, like I’d say 2k+. Maybe even higher.

Oh, so you have nothing to improve on.

Never said that. There’s lots that I could improve on. There are things that everyone needs to improve on.

Again… all I’ve said this entire thread is that team composition matters.

Sometimes you can even get by without a real tank. You can have a “tanky dps” and do okay to a point.

You have a tanky DPS and a tank in your queue. You don’t have either in your party already. They have the same XP. Who are you taking?

Well that depends on the tank.

Like a prot warrior? TBH prolly the tanky dps lol

Druid or DH? Easy pick, take the tank

Or neither and wait for a better tank. Guess that one is up to whoever is lead.

The point is, you’re gonna take a DGH or a Druid tank over a dps, because they’re valuable to a team. Everyone keeps telling me things like “You don’t need it to progress” or “You can get by without one”

That’s not my argument lol. They’re just coming at it from an angle that they feel they can argue.

I made this comment 3 days ago. This is what started this whole thing. This doesn’t say a good comp is mandatory. This doesn’t even say that it’s needed. This just says that a good comp increases your chances of winning. The very next sentence is this,

Which Dora also mirrored in a later post.

I have been saying the same thing for three days now. Team Composition matters. If you feel like it doesn’t matter much, then fine. If it increases your chances of winning by even 5% then it matters. People enchant and gem their gear for a 2% increase, but you don’t see people saying those don’t matter. Everything that Dora claims isn’t from my mouth, they’ve come to a different argument that was never spoken and decided to argue that instead of my own points.
