That blue set is actually -very- good for most (maybe all?) classesā¦ Exceeding mc gear in nearly every case and competitive with bwl gearā¦
The problem with rank 10 isnāt the armor, itās that unless theyāre also raiding they will have the anemic pvp rep weapons and 5 man trinkets. If rank 10 had decent weapon options and trinket options itād have made for some very competitive toons.
@ threadā¦ I managed simultaneous rank 10s while working full time, and raiding in OG on a relatively competitive server. The decay isnāt really that intense until after 10. That said I also failed to push to 12 when focusing a single toon, so the decay adds up fast at those higher ranks.

keep in mind too, with streamersā¦ and their thousands of brainless minions that will do ANYTHING for themā¦ goodluck getting anything past rank10
I achieved rank 10 on my shaman playing around 4-6 hours a day after work. Mostly AV.
I think the only real issue is sharing accounts to reach ranks that would not have been realistic for 2.5 months of anyone who actually lives. A lot of people who get top rank are exploiters using teams of friends to stay logged in 24/7. Blizzard should run checks on these and ban. If you are playing a game 2.5 months for 20 hours a dayā¦ You need to seek help.
Not with just blue set no. But you might wear a piece or two of it just for the bonuses. Like for druids, the speed bonus is pretty much mandatory. A few other sets are like that too, or have an individual piece that the bonus is good enough to justify it.
Yeah because gaining ranks is way easier with a larger player pool, not less.
