No your point was the system is not fair, we all use the same system and get one key per week.
You call it social exclusion i call it community implemented match making.
We also have a massive advantage of being able to swap specs and tank a run (you know the most in demand role for m+) if we do not want to run our key or build a network
dude…i have like people i know from years in wow that we played togheter many times, and yet i dont think of us as true friends, if i simple die they will simple never know… i also am part of a guild whatsapp that disbanded last expansion im still there and talk with them to time to time, i dont think of them as true friends either… there´s a difference between the friend that will show up when you have problems and the ones that are just for you to have some fun for a time
Wanting me to pick you over 23 other applicants simply to give you a “chance” is more selfish than anything else presented here.
I have many friends i have met in game and then IRL and have healthy relationships with them outside of the game even if we are currently playing wow or not
This seems to be a you problem. I had pc issues for about 10 days and they looked up death notices in my country.
I could speculate at why this wouldn’t happen for you but I won’t bother.
When you go interview for a job, do you attempt to explain how resumes don’t really matter, and how it’s an unfair tool?
Oh, you play on Goldrinn. I see now.
well good for u i guess…my friendships depend entirely on me and how much i am investing on that person, if i do nothing, then nothing happens, its not your case congratulations
oh im sorry for start playing the game not knowing goldrinn were going to be a bad server only to discover years later… server change service is expansive, in my country coins it cost 80BRL=17 dollars, however 1BRL perception is the same for people for 1 dollar so for me its like spending 80 dollars for each character, when i discovered goldrinn was not a good server i had like 5 characters at a time
Oh man. I need to let my friend know his wife he met in WoW isn’t his true friend.
Wow that is a lot. Jeez.
yeah, my country suffers a lot when we are talking about games+money, its really bad hahaha
when ps4 released i will be honest with u, its cheaper to go to Los Angeles stay a weak there buy the ps4 and then come back…yeah, unbelievable i know
I boosted a DK 3 days ago, I’m nearly 1k IO already just messing around with friends. For the most part the keys have been done sub 450 Ilvl.
Dunno what to tell ya, make some friends?
That’s fair, but the others in the queue have similar or better stats on the toon they are bringing.
450 is the new floor due to how gearing works (inflated neck, inflated cloak, 445 emissaries, 460 warfront, 460-470 weekend event, 445-455 tw event).
I agree it is a mess.
One thing Blizzard should do is analyze some softer metrics.
For example, I’d be curious how many people in the “pug world” realistically +3 keys in the 7-12 range. I bet not many. Should the timings be adjusted? Or have a sliding scale based on key level? No one has time to go from +2 to +15 in increments of +1, so you stack your group as hard as you can.
How many people are going fully buffed? I bet even fewer. Flasks are expensive and require an herb from what is now effectively a “dead zone”. How about letting us convert some of those excess expulsom rotting away in our inventories?
How is corruption working out? Player power is all over the place based on nothing but luck. Oh and also a giant time sink mixed in for keeping cloak/neck/essences in line.
The way loot works isn’t helping either. M+ cache is the only source of guaranteed corrupted gear that I’m aware of. So just like any slot machine, you feel compelled to run an M+ whether you like the system or not. Additionally you want to get as high as you can sneak your way into (whether you deserve to be there or not) for that higher ilvl reward.
The list goes on and on.
So yeah - there are quite a few things Blizzard can do to alleviate the issue.
However they seem too busy asking us what level our cloak is because for some reason they cannot look that up internally i guess.
“I am not gonna judge this but”
judges this
i mean… i gived my opinion but its still not my concern, if they remain friends or not its not really my problem
Yeah, 450 is pretty easy to accomplish. Booted up my alt on Wednesday. Hadn’t touched him since he hit 120 the opening month of BFA. Ilvl was so low I couldn’t complete Uldum/Vale dailies solo. Its Sunday night, 73 neck, 449 ilvl.
Yet you felt compelled to give your opinion on their friendship after saying you wouldn’t judge it. I was just impressed how fast you could change your mind.
i dont see this as judging, if i were actually judging it i would say something like “pff thats not friendship you dumbass, you need to do this or do that to prove this and then he is your friend” something like that
You said it wasn’t a true friendship. Same thing. You just left off the name calling.
yeah, thinking this way it kinda makes sense…well whatever
gotta work your way up like everyone else do every dungoen 3-4
then work up to 5-7 then 8-10s and so on.
