Tamém estou com problemas do Recrute um Amigo. Meu link é:
https://battle.net/recruit/LJPSV7K276
E um amigo que acabou de criar uma conta para jogarmos juntos, não consegue linkar, aparece o erro de: “tem alguma coisa errada com o link”
I am having this same issue. I submitted a ticket but was asked to post in the forums, so here it is. I’ve been asked to try different browsers and incognito mode and I’ve done that multiple times with no luck. I either get a “bad gateway” error or “something’s wrong with your link.” I’ve tried 4 different browsers and incognito mode and even my phone browser, no luck.
Last night I had the same “something’s wrong with your link” error. Today when I use the link I can’t pull of up anything at all - I just get a 504 gateway time-out error.
Having same issues today 12-15-24 wanting to RAF my son on his birthday PC with no luck. Please update forum if fixed
Ususaly they mean teh bug forums not the CS forums.
If you hit the bell icon on the right, you’ll be notified for any responses.
Hello, has their been a resolution or fix for this problem yet? I recruited a friend just now and it stopped at the same point. They got a message saying “My Name wants to play with you” and when they clicked the link, they get an error.
The latest update was 31 hours ago, make sure to keep this thread bookmarked for when updates are available.
Hi team, could you please give us an update on how this will be handled if it’s not resolved within our 7-day period? I returned to the game specifically to invite a friend and take advantage of the Refer a Friend bonuses. If this doesn’t work due to an issue on your end, we shouldn’t be penalized. We are paying for it!
That would be up to the devs to consider and sort out.
They’re probably not going to tell you anything about something that hasn’t happened - and also likely won’t provide info to the CS team about what they’re considering until it’s actually fixed.
If 7-days is surpassed, they’d generally begin to look at the number of affected players/accounts and consider things then - but most likely after they’ve found the issue and implemented a fix for that. They’ll have a better idea of the scope of affected accounts then.
Not ideal we know. Here’s hoping it’ll get sorted real soon. I would not be surprised if we see things working after the scheduled maintenance.
How much did you (or the person you invited) pay to take advantage of the RaF system?
We had to purchase the base upgrade for both accounts and the subscription for both, and we only did this because we wanted to take advantage of the bonuses offered. This is the requirement for returning to the game and enjoying the benefits mentioned by Blizzard.
I really appreciate your input, but I believe that responses like yours should come from people who work at Blizzard to avoid assumptions. I’m also a software developer, and in the places I’ve worked, we would handle cases with much more respect and attention than the way you approached this.
The base game is free. You don’t need the expansion to take advantage of RaF. You would both need an active subscription anyway. You’re arguing monetary damages where none exist.
Nephe has been a regular here for quite a long time and has seen how things like this situation have played out in the past. So it really isn’t an assumption.
The program is a perk, not a requirement. They’re working on it as they can and will be fixed when they can. Being insulting towards others doesn’t change the fact that there isn’t any repayment for something that in no shape or form is needed to play the game.
You do know it is development that would be fixing these problems. You want to know who does not visit Customer Support forums? The development. The team that handles CS forums are the Support Forum Agents, and they have very little communication between the developers, so what we all know, is the same thing they also know.
So, no, not everything posted here is an assumption. The only assumption is you thinking the post are an assumption.
They already replied. Vrak already said he put in request in on what’s going on and will respond when he has something. You came in swinging, assuming you’re paying for RaF (which isn’t a pay system, BTW), insulting others and assuming Blizzard haven’t notice the issue already.
We’re telling you how the RaF system work, why it’s there and why it’s a perk, not a requirement, to play the game.
You should be watching the way you reply to others.
It applies here just like anywhere else on the forums.
Telling people they don’t know what they are talking about, going off topic, telling others they are making assumptions when they have also linked the said post…
