This is because of the sync queue “community” they have been destroying epics and they don’t care the point of not wanting them in other things is so they don’t destroy that as well.

Actually, they absolutely can. These people do not care about the game whatsoever, and blizzard isn’t going to ban people for “not playing well”.

Not without facing potential consequences - especially once it goes rated in TWW. Right now, it doesn’t matter. It’s just a Brawl.
Throwing != not playing well.
There has been boosting and carry selling in arenas for YEARS and nothing has happened… you think blizzard is going to care at all about SS? and of course, there not just going to stand around they are going to play bad and tell their “friends” where to attack for easy wins.

That’s because a lot of boosting/carrying isn’t actually against the ToC.
They’ll get reported - especially if people see similar servers/guilds/communities involved in an apparent throw. Also, being a rated mode, the report(s) will be taken much more seriously than they would in an unrated mode.
People have been reporting the “community” for years now and not a single thing has happened. I will never believe blizzard cares unless they start the bans period. Also boosting/carrying is absolutely against ToS
its only bad if real money is used to purchase said boost/carry.

I’ve reported a bunch of people in RATED Solo Shuffle for AFKing rounds. Do you know how many confirmations I’ve gotten from Blizzard that they were actioned? Zero.
Have you heard of anyone getting punished for throwing rounds in RSS?
Same server means nothing. I have no idea if they’re together in a premade community.
Am I going to report everyone who loses control of a node?
Have they banned anyone for throwing rounds in RATED Solo Shuffle?
Are they suddenly going to hire a lot of GMs to go through all the reports and verify them?
It’s PvP. We’re lucky if we get one new bg every couple of expansions.
Just take a look at the sorry state of epic bgs because of premade raids. Blizzard isn’t suddenly going to have a lot more GMs to closely monitor PvP and kick/ban all the throwers/exploiters.

yet there are entire websites doing it… blizzard pretends to ban gold sellers so people buy their tokens… if they truly cared they would ban them all.

i really don’t get why there’s such a big discussion over this
maybe some people are queue syncing, maybe this never happens at all.
make it impossible to happen (or at least harder to do) regardless, just in case. punish those with multiple declines one after another.
the worst thing that can happen is that regular people will not see as many “someone has declined the invite” 20 times in a row anymore.
honestly if you do not engage in queue syncing, there’s no reason you’d be against punishments vs those who are engaging in it.

Just because they are from same realm doesn’t mean it’s a q sync or premade . Infact most premades are xrelam.
Also I’ll I have been quing is blitz this weekend and I have yet to see one q syncer .
