Quel'thalas belongs to the Alliance

nah.
All she did was help close the dark portal.
She didn’t kill the fel orcs on draenor.
She and her hubby packed up and left with the army of light, and went on to fight for multiple thousand years(???) accomplishing absolutely nothing of value against the Legion in the process.

She was one of the major reason the orcs were defeated in the second war
she helped defend quel’Thalas and was the reason quel’Thalas survived the orcs invasion
she hunted down every free living orc that was dumb enough to not hide themselve before her
she helped closing the dark portal
she invaded draenor to stop the invasion from the orcs and later on helped the army of the light in her fights, and the army of the light was the reason that the legion didn´t send MORE people to Azeroth, because they were able to hold the Legion on their planet for an unknown amount of Time, we don´t even know how much time they were there.

No.
She closed the dark portal, but draenor was screwed either way. The portals were destroying the planet. Had she not closed the dark portal, Hellfire would’ve been destroyed and the orcs still would have been cut off from Azeroth.

so, please, reread the wc2 novels…without alleria two battles would be lost, the one in quel’thalas and the one around hinterland…so?

You first.

Despite its surprise assault and demonic backing, the orcish horde was eventually beaten back by the forces of the Alliance of Lordaeron, and Draenor became the focus of a furious counterattack via the same Dark Portal the orcs had used to invade Azeroth. In the midst of the ensuing battle, the elder shaman Ner’zhul attempted to provide his fellow remaining orcs a means of escape by opening more dimensional portals to other worlds; his reckless use of magic backfired, however, and the presence of so many portals began to tear the very fabric of the planet apart, causing massive tidal waves, earthquakes, and volcanoes to erupt.[30]

In a desperate bid to save Azeroth from the impending chain reaction, the ill-fated but heroic Alliance Expedition closed the Dark Portal from Draenor, trapping themselves there even as it began to crumble beneath their feet.[31] Draenor’s remnants were hurled towards the Nether and they became known as Outland.

^ Beyond the Dark Portal

Read. No matter what, the orcs would’ve been cut off.

Was the intended sacrifice noble?
Yes.
Was it necessary?
No.
Would Hellfire’s portal and zone have been wrecked as all other portals had been?
Yes.
Would that have cut off the orcs from Azeroth?
Yes.
Could they have known that?
No.

Had Turaylon and Alleria not intervened who knows if Ner’zhul might have actually learned how to use the damn portal properly.

I mean you could say that of anything we have done prior to the Legion expansion. She along with the army of light was still sabotaging them and ultimately got us the info on Argus which we needed later on. Not to mention the player character would have died without her coming to our rescue.

I’m not saying that their fighting the horde wasn’t successful.
I’m saying closing the Dark Portal meant nothing.
They’d already won by the time Nerzhul started multi portaling.

Except the Alliance still needed the book of Medivh to shut down the portal connected to Azeroth. If they did not, the destruction of Draenor could have taken out Azeroth as well.

Read.

yes, I did read.

okay? Worst case scenario is that the Blasted Lands are scarred.
Just like they are now.
Portal can’t exist if it’s broken on the Hellfire side.

Last lore location does not mean current lore location. When we last saw the Sunwell at the end of BfA he wasn’t there any more.

Though if you want to go by last lore station then he was hostile to Horde players and friendly to Alliance players, meaning if you think he’s in Quel’Thalas and representing the High Elves there than there’s already an established High Elf population loyal to the Alliance in Quel’Thalas by your logic.

dude you had 1 elf that bothered to show up for the fourth war to actually fight :joy:

And I will gladly let you have it.

…in exchange for the rest of Kalimdor.

How about we get the rest of the Eastern Kingdoms and you can have all of Northrend?

Eh, the high elven mages were the ones keeping our airship from blowing up in Stromgarde. Hell, if anything they actually did abit more then some of the other races. The draenei were fairly absent in the war.

theres 2 elves that serve on an airship. they dont put boots on the ground

i include them as part of the 6 alliance high elves

So? why should they when they have a more important goal of keeping said ship from being blown up.

As oppose to again the draenei? I dont recall many major draenei(non lightforged) being part of the fourth war. Hell, at least both Alleria and Vereesa showed up, Velen was absent aside from the short story.

so you have 1 elf willing to actually risk their life fighting

draenei could at least spawn as 7th legion forced for faction assaults. ARs as well

vereesa showed up in the exact same capacity as her last couple of appearances. to be a windrunner sister. if khadgar shows up without kirin tor NPCs in DF lmao it could be multiple expansions before you catch a glipse of her again(if ever)

alleria participated in the battle of lordaeron and was coordinating the void elves throughout the fourth war

Considering said ship is being bombarded by the Horde they are risking their life just as much as anyone else is.

Which mean the the high elves are few in number, but even if they are few in number they are still fighting for the Alliance.

She shows up both as a Windrunner as a member of the Alliance. Again, she is present when the Alliance pvp players back in Legion is honored(presumably for killing Horde members). Interestingly, the only non faction leader/non Battleground leader to do so. Again, showing just how important the high elves are to the Alliance.

How about we keep the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor and you guys can have all of Northrend. Think about it, it is a pre-built Undead Capital, two in fact. You can either have Icecrown or Naxxramas.

As for the blood elves, you want magic, get as much as magic as you want from the Nexus or one the blue dragonshrine. Heck, Crystal Song is probably brimming with magic as well.
