Quel'thalas belongs to the Alliance

staying on a ship is not the same as jumping off and actually joining the fight

no she doesnt. if this wasnt about sylvanas she wouldnt be there and everyone knows it

The video I showed you has us honoring the Alliance for killing Horde and has nothing specifically about Sylvanas.

That is bull and you know it. We have an entire raid fighting specifically showing how dangerous being on a damn ship can be. Also, considering how often we blow up those ships they are just as much a hazard as being on the ground.

w.e zerde

maybe 1 day you will finally get that alliance only questline where the SC appear without the context of dalaran or allies of the farstriders

its coming. maybe DF maybe the next one. but its coming

Interesting you had to edit and add the whole “allies of the farstriders” because they are no more allies to them then the Alliance being considered “allies” of the Horde for helping deal with the Zandalari.

Nah, you lost admit it. We have had dozens of gunships destroyed in course of Warcraft history, being in one is risk to ones life.

Yeah, according to you all the Alliance High Elves are living in Quel’Thalas and staking a claim.

where did i say all?

ive always giving you people credit for 6. 2 in stormwind. 2 in boralus. and 2 that serve on an airship in the 7th legion

I count four in SW.

The hunter ranger lady in the keep, Elsharin and the two that meet up with the void elf lady.

Off the top of my head anyways.

The two who meet up with the void elf aren’t named of course but they are recurrent and wouldn’t represent a random Alliance race.

i dont count the ones that only appear if you have void elves unlocked. if they werent linked to that i would give them to you

they werent there before that and the implication is they are there seeking out void elves…to become void elves and wouldnt be there otherwise

According to you all the Alliance High Elf Pilgrims we saw in the Quel’Delar quest back in Wrath are still there in Quel’Thalas, since that was their last known location.

I’m not sure I agree on that take but fair enough. Not like we have any significant story to explain it anyways.

I took it to mean that SW based high elves were seeking it out. Otherwise why have them there when it’s easier to just have them appear in the Rift with the rest?

they could be. its safe to assume the titled npcs of ‘blood elf pilgrims’ are still there too. unless you have that citation that says all ‘high elves’ are exiled or left for some reason and can only visit the sunwell and nothing else?

then why werent they there before is my point? would they appear if void elves never exist? i doubt it. i think theyre there just to add more depth and texture to the world tbh. plus the stormwind elves would just be 2 elves previously. stormwind doesnt have a population.‘no hubs, theres a couple, indiviuals that get mistaken for blood elves that got a cold reception in modern times’ etc.

They weren’t important before is all. Populations are not what we see in game. Its just meant to represent whats there.

While we have very few high elves (2 as you point out) named and existent in game, I don’t really expect that the actual population numbers follow what we see in SW in game.

Theres what… maybe 200-300 humans across the city? After all this time and what we see its clearly not representative of population in the game world.

I don’t expect this huge population of high elves obviously and I don’t think the elves of SW alone would make up even as many as the void elves supposedly start with, nor would I think they would make up a playable faction by any means. (Though that whole numbers game with void elves is entirely messed up. lol) But I don’t honestly believe there were only 2 high elves in SW’s population this entire time. They’re just the only two worth noting.

Again though its not like there is much to back up that thought either way. Blizzard has never been extremely clear on such things and avoids actual numbers like the plague.

Far as I’m concerned your take on those 2 elves that meet up with the void elf are just as reasonable as my own are. They’re not explained, so I can’t really say nothing.

Glad we agree.

Here’s the thing. I’ve seen Blizzard do subtle. It’s not. (Citation: the entirity of BFA and Shadowlands)

I’m a simple woman. If they throw in some random short pinkish elves labeled high elf on Blueside, I take that to mean there’s some high elves around on Blueside.

If they keep randomly adding or utilizing the damn things in places where they easily could have used any species, I take that to mean the short pinkish elves are still around on Blueside and occasionally participating.

sledge. you got 4 named ones over 18 years

if you put more into that its on you

theres 4 named night elves who are heroes in suramar right now too. should we give horde the actual night elf model and let them call themselves night elves

Sure, it’s a mystery what story Blizzard could possibly want to communicate by randomly including short, pinkish Alliance-flagged elves amongst the NPCs.

A true riddle for the ages.

you could remove all 6 alliance high elves and 99% of alliance players wouldnt notice a damn thing

You could remove taunka entirely and 99% of Horde players wouldn’t notice (as long as their quests were intact). Or Hozen, or Revantusk, or Stonemaul Ogres.

naw. those actually have quest hubs and stuff. theyre not like just 6 npcs

Right. How many of them are found in Horde cities, despite being aligned with the Horde?

How many of those have names?

Do they ever randomly spawn among the elite Horde diehard forces?
