You’re confusing the two. Every spec has a viable and optimal comp to get to elite. The class balancing issues may make some classes easier than others for sure. However the limitation of a class/spec viability isn’t going to affect someone that can’t break 1800 in shuffle.
OP is full conquest gear and is making major player mistakes which is causing his issues.
It’s a skill issue not a class issue.
Im no good at pvp either (still love it, though) but my biggest challenge (imo) is finding the right spec for what i want.

Healing on this guy is great. I love it and i have no substantive complaints.
Finding a ranged DPS class thats mobile but isnt a BM hunter is tough. I like BM in general but i hate thr stigma. Which, yes, is juvenile, but its also the truth.

Healing in pvp is probably the hardest thing so props to you on that.
Honestly who cares about the stigma? Don’t let what other people think affect what you play in the game.
The point is to have fun.
As far as mobility goes,
BM than MM are the highest mobility than probably evoker.

Go play Brewmaster Monk in Solo Shuffle, and get to 1800, and tell me how great it is lmao.
I already did that in BG Blitz, got to around ~1600 and decided I wasn’t gonna troll folks anymore.
Just because tanks can queue for Rated PvP, doesn’t mean you should.
Also, pretty much any tank is better than BrM in PvP.
Even though tanks kinda suck, BrM sucks that much more. (Stagger does nothing.)
Half of PvP is playing the FoTM, just because of how much easier it is compared to other classes.

I thought was implied but I wasn’t including tank specs. Personally I think people who Que as a tank for arena are trash.
Maybe if you’re bad like OP. I just hit 1800 on warrior in a mix of greens crafted PvP gear/honor gear with one conquest piece (helm) and crafted ring/weapon.

I already hit 1800 on Resto Shaman, SV Hunter, WW Monk (swapped from BrM) and just got bored to continue doing it on other classes, the sets aren’t all that exciting to me and that’s the only real reason I’d keep going.
Queues are annoying too, half the time I’d just boot up League to get into the PvP action faster.
Tbh I wasn’t sure how they were. I did it because I’m probably playing warrior next tier and the elite set looked really good.

Yeah agreed. I partially did it because someone who’s max 1800 in shuffle kept saying I was carried and that I would struggle in shuffle so I could shut them up and the elite set looked good. So I turned on Hulu on my second monitor and paused when a Que popped lol
I’d love to find people to put together an actual team to play with.
