Check to see if you completed the quest too and just maybe forgot about it. Run this command:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(75622))I ran that last night when i was looking into it. It returned false.

As long as its not embellished you can craft as many pieces as you want. Engineering items dont count as embellishments also. So atm you can have 5 or 6 crafted pieces equipped

Make a bank toon 
Dark iron dwarf for the slightly faster indoor move speed.
Mage for the teleports/portals and blink getting around faster.
Take engineering and keep it level 1. You only get this to access the AH guy in panda land.
Park the toon right in front of the panda land shrine mailbox/AH if you want to sell stuff or near any city bank if you just want to store stuff.

Yea you can max whatever stat you want the only thing you cant craft to pvp ilvl are weapons and trinkets. So full on vers/mastery if thats your jam

Alright cool that’s nice to know for alts aswell
It’s not the fact that there isn’t a way to gear properly, it’s that even if you are a little behind in gear, let’s say you have mostly blue 450 gear, you are going to get absolutely wrecked. I keep getting teams of fully geared players vs. a team with one or two people who are a bit behind, the fights end up being so one sided the bg turns into a match of the one team shooting fish in a barrel at the gy.
If you put players that are on equal footing you are going to get a much better player experience, it’s just the truth.
I want good fights again!
I am pretty sure the tuning system is the problem, there was a period between legion and dragonflight before the tuning system where the one sided problem vanished for awhile. It was nice haha.

The ilvl difference between honor gear and conquest gear is 13ilvls. Thats the closest its ever been. The gear argument is moot this expansion. Its onesided most of the time because your fighting 5mans alot. Alot and i say alot of pvpers rerolled alliance after orc racial took a nerf. I dont think alliance could merc from bfa til df because of the faction imbalance now its up for alliance to merc horde.
