There is no choice when there is clearly a best option. If I gave you the option of choosing a $1 bill, $5 bill, $10 bill, and $100 bill, but you could only choose 1, would that be a meaningful and difficult decision for you?

Im afraid is too little to late, I dont think they have ever done any major overhauld so late into a beta. Like you said our best outcome is a patch inbetween tier, but 9.2 is the most likely.

To be fair, the discussion was much more civil 4 years ago when the same problems were present. But you know, giving the same feedback for the same problems for 4 years straight gets a bit tiresome.
