Having the same problem and so are my guildies. I’ve had public orders take 2, 3 and even all 4 of my available orders.
For me it always says “You can currently fill 1 more Public Orders. 0h remaining until more orders are available.” but when I try do to that one order it says “This order is no longer available.” Then after some time it finally allows me to do that 1 order and immediately goes on 24h cooldown again. So I can only do 1 public crafting order per day maximum…
This is still happening! At first I thought I wasn’t checking my charges well enough, but I double checked them before crafting the last few times. Once I crafted 3 treatises, which used up all 4 of my charges so that I didn’t have my last charge to create an order that would have given me a ‘first craft’ bonus. And my recharge had a negative number of hours. Today I had 4 charges, completed only 2 public work orders for inscription treatises, and those consumed all 4 of my charges.
Just created 1 treaty and went from 4 available charges to 1. Even an acknowledgement saying we will or are looking into it would go a long way in establishing good faith. With no acknowledgement we the players feel our voices and or concerns are being ignored.
I thought I was going nuts, but yep, this is happening on my inscription orders too. The amount of orders don’t refresh, or it consumes 2-3 for 1. Annoying after all the resources I’ve dumped into this profession. After the excessive “scheduled maintenance” the last few weeks, it’s a shame they couldn’t find time to address this!
Issue is still going. Just went from 3 available orders to 0 today. This seems like a kind of big issue and for the amount of time it’s been going on, and complete lack of any response at all is very disheartening.
I went from having 4 orders available to being able to fill 1 after just one craft. Is there no way to fix this? How was the solution to the problem of people camping and filling order going from 20 to 4? I think it would have been okay just going down to 10. Now it seems a lot of people are only able to complete one or 2 orders a day unless its from guild or personal.
Pretty sad this issue is still on going since patch and we haven’t had a response from Bliz. Please fix this bug blizzard. I’d like to craft more than 1 thing a day via public orders.
They will tell you to post on the bug report forums (which you already did). I put in a ticket for the same thing and that’s what they did to me. I literally have nearly the exact same thread.

Still bugged for me…
I put in a ticket in game, specifying the lack of response from anyone at all at blizz, and got an automated reply after 2 days that told me to check the forums and wowhead.

crafting orders did not work from the start of the expansion and I have never seen any more than 10 inscription orders up at once even AFTER the change and engineering, LW, BS and tailoring almost NEVER have any work orders up. Europe is not most NA servers.
the only character I have noticed this on is my scribe but I am sure I won’t miss doing 4 at 20g anyway. My hunter did 3 lw public orders yesterday with no problem but then they haven’t done any public orders for the last week so that might be part of it.
happening to me, i opened a ticket and they said to post here. feels like they expect us to fix it? ok support, i posted.

I had 1 public order charge for JC (and haven’t crafted public orders for 24 hours), with the notice that that another would be available in 5 hours. I used that one charge, now it says the next one is available in 18 hours.

Still bugged…I just made 1 craft and went from 3 to 1 orders, with a 20+ hr timer.
This is a real issue to those of us who weren’t among the first wave of crafters to max out early. It’s putting us further behind.

This has been an issue since launch. When they gave us 20 charges we really only had 10. It was just less noticable by everyone because 10 was a decent amount. When they “fixed” it to give us 4 they really gave us 2. Ive been submitting tickets and trying to get CS to reply to me on twitter for like 10 weeks. Its crazy how they made this system so good but they dont care to fix it. They had the servers down for like 24 hours in total for a bad trading post but dont care about crafting.
