You’ve had plenty of time to do it. If you come in at the literal final hours and get pissy that you didn’t have time to finish it, don’t expect anyone to have any sympathy for you.

this is the only one I’m missing too. GG. Hope it spawns in 2 hours. 
I have sympathy, Blizzard shouldn’t be removing items from the game. It’s dumb. I have the trinket, but it’s really dumb to assume everyone can play as much as me. Everyone has different circumstances.

I’m on Lothar (NA), have been to Badlands 3 times with 3 different characters and have collected enough Dimmed Primevals from the Elemental Lords to make more than 2 Unstable Elemental Confluence heirloom trinkets. Every time I was in that area I only had to wait a little while before the Primalists will start spawning. The toughest part was to clearly see the targets and orient my toon to properly hit them among the mobs that would crowd around each one. It was also a fast way to level my toons from 50 to 60. It was pretty fast, and I would do more toons, except I grew bored of the whole event.
Imo, they shoulda just had all elements at one spot and be done with it. Rotate spots if you wanted but keep them all available. Blizz just being annoying lol.

And the advice to check the group finder for a server with it up is useless by the by.
Every server shares the storm spawns as far as I’m aware.

The fact that there are people who think it’s okay that a large portion of the player base haven’t seen a Storm Lord, let alone get the drop, for over 30% of the primal event is frightening.

I also haven’t seen many Storm Lords.
I also do not care about the heirloom that much. I thought about for 5 minutes the other day, came to the conclusion this was boring, and logged out. I highly doubt having this trinket will ruin your fun in the future, so keep trying but don’t stress about it.

While I see your perspective, I think it’s important to recognize that the content should be available all the way through the event. Even if most people are done, others may still be working on it.

The easiest way to do this is to get a raid group from Group Finder, it’s how I did it
It took me 3 days to get all of them, playing at 2-3 hours a day.
If you were trying to get this, and you still don’t, you’re lazy and inefficient.

I have 3 jobs that require me to work 28 hours a week, I have 6 wives, and 29 kids!
How am I expected to get all 4 elemental lords when I have .38 seconds to play an MMO every month!

Been on this for 4 days now, and all im missing is Storms.
And Storms did spawn…at 2am last night. :^) You know, the time nobody is up except no lives. All its been today is water, double earth, triple earths (why) and fire. No storms. Is this a bug? Is this intended? As come on…
If you’re gonna make something run for 3 hours each day, at least make them rotate properly. (What the heck is going on in Tirisfal?)

Idk I’m a little suspicious of the whole thing.
My characters going so, so many elemental lords over multiple days with only the currency dropping and no armour or dimmed primals had me thinking something was messed up.
Then when people tried trading me dimmed primals from bosses we’d both been hitting and getting “that character is ineligible” yeah, nah. Wouldn’t surprise me if something was broken in the background on this event.

It took me 6 hours to get everything but Storm Lord. It’s not a matter of lazy, it’s a matter of the thing not spawning.
But enjoy the weird flex I guess…
