Here is my pros and cons.
Pro: You can like both WOW and Lost ark and be the gamer nerd you want to be! go ahead, have fun, BE YOU and enjoy more then one thing.

Iâm not sure about that. The game is fun though. But it seems like the area so far that Iâve seen are about the size of D3âs zones.

A lot of people who play New World or Lost Ark havenât played WoW. Maybe people just want to try new games? It doesnât seem to be related to WoW at all⌠which can be said about this thread.
I am eager to find a different game to enjoy⌠I just havenât found one or heard of one. I welcome one being made - it just hasnât.
I never heard of Lost Ark except from the WoW Forums, I heard from people who are Lost Ark boosters like the OP, and it still sounds like something I want nothing to do with.
FF14, New World, Lost Ark, Age of Conan, Lotr Online, Elder Scrolls⌠none of them have appealed to me like WoW has.
If they fix their gender locked classes Iâll give it a try.
Iâm wary of cash shops as their only means of monetization. The worry is that over time, they might be tempted to offer more pay to win type features. ESO uses my favorite compromise for this by having both a cash shop and subscription service.
The point of view justâŚbothers me, though I have not tried it yet. Should this bother me so much? or is it not that big of a deal?
I can see by your post count that you arenât on the forum much. Anytime anyone is critical of FFXIV and now Lost Ark on this forum, the fans of those games get all hot and bothered and they let us know how wrong those critical opinions are.
What compels people to come to the World of Warcraft forums to talk about other games?

Because itâs a normal thing in asian games where the game is originally from. NA players have different preferences 
They know itâs not a popular thing here but itâs a time consuming process to add the other gender in and i guess it wasnât worth delaying a game launch just for that
But idk i didnât watch or read official game dev statements over it if there was any
I made a couple of really cute characters on Lost Ark. Once I got into the game, I hated it. Movement = NOPE. Skills, once I figured out how to change the hotkeys, were ok. However, the movement is a HUGE NOPE.
Sticking with my WoW that I love and never planned to leave anyhow. 
For all you collecting folks out there:
Items are spread out all over the game world and you actually have to try and hunt them down, they donât really tell you where they are. Each path has separate rewards as well. There is also hidden story pieces that you have to hunt down using hints to find and collect.
