I don’t care about pronouns but it would be nice if we can be called by our titles as well. You can pick from whatever your pronoun maybe or to be called by your title.
I feel you and I don’t mind either way. I think of it as business POV, it might take like 3 hours for one programmer to implement. Maybe that’s 200 bucks, will the change get them more than 200 dollars? Or if it loses them money, will it offset the amount lost by more than 200 dollars?

Doesn’t have to be voiced. It can change text.
Pronouns already change based on predetermined options. This just separates that from body type.

There have been pronouns since the beginning of the english and other languages
Their are more pressing things for them to work on and fix, etc than that. You got Body 1 and Body 2 instead of Male and Female so be happy and deal with it. Stop pushing this on everyone else! Games are meant to be an escape from reality and you’re bringing that into this, just stop!
I’m not one to tell someone who they can or can’t be in love with and want to marry. I have gay friends, but even they think this stuff is going too far now. In the workplace sure you want me to use “they” or whatever pronoun then sure, I’ll respect whoever respects me, but keep this out of games and entertainment meant to be an escape from the real world.
Especially in a game this old, you’re asking them to go back through 2 decades of content to make changes just for this? They’ve not fixed things like actual bugs for years, so
this is not a priority.
LOL you have no idea 2 decades worth of content to make those changes. It’s not simple ctrl+F and make a few changes, it requires more work than just that. This is why they are programmers and you are not.

The problem is that people want to import that HR culture into video gaming. Especially online gaming. They expressly do not want to keep lines between entertainment and real life agendas.

Ive talked to a few folks and theyre under the impression that the list of genders and pronouns are literally limitless.
How do you expect a company to develop a dropdown menu for that and NOT leave someone out?
