Iām fairly sure the mark iv and higher does not work for alchemist stoneā¦ in its base form, itās a green item, while the mark clearly states it works on rares, bluesā¦
Edit, this post was 10 days agoā¦ concerning the alchemist stone, now when I look at it, it is blue rare qualityā¦ it should be upgradable to 233 or 262 unique crafted.
There are little characters in places that you can click for a buff in gathering the item, but I have yet to have any luck with a 15 minute buff. Now, with flying Iāll gather a LOT more and will be remember where that buff guy is.
Iām fairly certain that drop rate increased. I could be wrong but, I was getting one a day if lucky. Then, over the past 2 days I got 10. So, either the rng was amazing or they increased the drop rate.
Prices broke 25k per Pog Essence on my server. Less than 100 on the AH.
Theyāre dropping a couple essentias per boss kill, so the supply is going to increase greatly as raids start going
Price might go up temporarily when people start making their first Rank 7 legendaries but after an initial rush the price will probably slowly tank as demand slows and raids are farming many boss kills per week
Yea any miners/crafters probably want to lvl the cypher system for more chances at progenitor essencia with the Jiro buffs. Definetly worth the cyphers and energy as you are doing your dailies.

also not able to get them from skinning, so how do you expect leather workers to make 291 ilvl leggos w/o buying them to turn for a small profit.
Iāve killed every boss and rare since start of 9.2 daylie and havenāt gotten a single one. killed raid boss several times never a drop.
Leather worked canāt skin for the progenitor stuff, is part of the vanilla WoW style of gameplay. One toon is not meant to be standalone.
We can make it sound ugly, saying a toon must depend on the AH.
Reality is, a player can also depend on his own alts, perhaps guild mates, maybe trade channel.
Thatās just the game, and has always been the game.
Anecdotally Iād say it seems like we get 1-2 per boss kill for a raid size of ~25 people. So that adds up for sure in terms of total Supply out there, but itās not a high drop rate. So far I have 14 normal boss kills and 6 heroic boss kills, without getting an essentia
To those who say you can herb it I have yet to see that on one of my toons.
I have gotten a total of (I think) 5. Iāve gotten every single one from boxes and some of the boxes I had on the buff from a jyro for an increased chance to get them. They drop but are very few and far between.

Iāve seen two for the first time last night by herbing.
hmmā¦ Maybe if i used the consual on herbing resources that might help ? Thoughts?

Idk. Both were from first flowers. After that I didnāt see any for an entire hour.
