Problem using the authenticator

DC, needing authenticator code, but no request in app

Weird problem thats happened a couple times lately. I get disconnected and if I try to login using the WOW login screen it asks for an authenticator code. When I check my authenticator (phone app) there are no game requests and subsequently no codes. If I shut down WoW and just relaunch the game from the battle.net app (which has been running happily the whole time btw) it goes straight into the game. So, why am I needing an authenticator code in WoW itself? And why is the phone app not showin…

I have the same problem but it happens if you log off then try to log back on.

I’m having the same issue. I am able to get back in if I close the application and reopen from the battle.net launcher.
