I appreciate the effort, however I don’t think it’s wise for the same people to continuously spam. Especially not during off-work hours when there is no way they will respond until the next day.
Just keep the threads open and encourage more people to respond.
It’s pretty lame no updates to holy priest throughout the whole beta… Oracle is still underwhelming and completely overshadowed by Archon…

Every expansion since BFA I dust off my priest for beta with a hope that finally THIS will be the expansion we finally get a redesign for shadow. That this time it’ll finally be a fun and cohesive spec without so much bloat in the talent trees, and the rotation will finally feel smooth like it used to.
And every expansion I’m met with complete disappointment on Blizzard’s part. It’s to a point I don’t even consider priest as an option for my main. I just can’t. The class is so unstable. One minute they’re somewhat ok, the next they’re “redesigned” and in the gutter.
Until Blizzard hires an actual dev for priests I think I’m just going to stay away. Every time I play my priest I’m looking at other classes with envy of all the nice new talents they get, the new utility they get, and feeling frustrated my classes utility gets nerfed, or taken away despite being the same for years.
Priests are in the saddest state I’ve ever seen them. Terrible unpolished hero talents, zero communication from the devs, players left completely in the dark with no way to reach anyone about the issues. Just nothing.
I’m completely frustrated at this point. It’s like a relationship where you realize the other person won’t change so you have to walk away.

I want to love my SP but its got some issues that just makes it feel clunky/awkward at times. Regardless of how it has done in M+…it has so many gameplay issues.
No uncapped AOE and having only Shadow Crash to spread dots.
Maybe give us mind sear that cost insanity or has a short CD. Possibly give us a choice node between link/sear. Give a way to cleave DP maybe…idk

I would be mostly happy with my SP then. As of now the thing I’m mostly looking forward to is a bit extra range for bgs

I can agree with all these points and I should because I incorporated all of these points and suggestions as to overcome the pain points of these within my feedback post in addition to other issues and suggestions.
we are not loud enough. Nowhere near how loud we were in shadowlands.

The forums are not as loud as shadowlands.
Shadowlands beta we had every post shouting what we wanted.
At this point I think we’re just tired and we’ll have to speak with our wallets/statistics. No one wanting to play the game anymore or class because of these glaring issues will be the only way to do it this time. I know I’ll be shelving my priest and playing a shaman.
wallets won’t do much harm, unfortunately. People will just gravitate to other classes.
And I don’t think class selection stats will do much justice either. I think they will be fine with people letting go of priests. They might even favor it.
We have to regain our resolve and speak before it’s too late.
If not, then we will be forced to wait for another expac
from now on I won’t play as a priest anymore, its disrespectful, I hope others do the same, make the priest the least playable class in the game, and maybe, maaaaaybe they’ll do something about it
im only avoiding playing priest because the design is awful and they were not touched.

I already decided to play Rsham/Hpal this expansion and Arcane mage.
I main Hpriest but… oh man… really no changes to the spec, it’s all the same as Dragonflight with lots of issues, talent tree still restricted af, no cool interactions… I really wanted to go Restitution + Afterlife to actually try somthing different but they giga buffed single target healing so much that not going Divine image + Lightweaver or Divine word you are literally trolling losing so much healing.
So yea… you are just playing Flash heal/Heal whack a mole the entire dungeon, no cool interactions, no cool procs… nothing…
yup, same goes for all 3 speccs of priest. nothing new and cool. oracle is dead on arrival. disc will be ok in raid due to numbers but it’s gonna feel bad to play and m+ even worse. holy, 100% whackamole FH/Heal. great fun.
Which is horrible btw - we have no AoE burst, so we have to stand still and cast all the ooking time to keep the grp alive. Bring mechanics and movement into the mix and its pure agony.

I feel the same way. I’ve done all I have the power to do, but as an individual I have no influence alone. If we want the treatment toward Priests to change, since it is clear that change will not come from Blizzard’s side, we need to be the ones that bring it about.
im not going to quit playing a game i like over it lol. i prob wont switch mains but even if i do ill do that over quitting. I’m all for being loud and vocal and trying to make change. and if you’re quitting over a class thats your choice.
