I don’t know why non-LGTBQ care about this at all. Have to have some outlet to hate, I suppose. I’m not LGBTQ and I support something happening for this specific community. It doesn’t impact me negatively in any way.

Someone mentioned this above, but the way to mute a thread is to scroll to the bottom of said thread, and underneath the ‘Share’ button there is a drop down called ‘Tracking’…go there and it should be pretty self explanatory how to ignore said thread.
To ignore the user, click on your own profile pic in the top right, click the bell icon then click ‘preferences’, then ‘users’, and enter the character name and duration you’d like to ignore.
Step 3: Profit.
