Study world cultures and beliefs you will be surprised not everyone is open. I’m Christian and I expanded my knowledge by exploring these areas of culture and diversity, I know not everyone is open to us especially the middle east.

Your focus is just the US, focus the world and you’ll find out not everyone agrees. WoW is played around the world, not just the US.

Because he skirts the edges of trolling under the guise of LGBT activism

It’s pretty gross

Most of us wouldn’t mind if he went away. He makes us look bad

You don’t have to buy it?

I’m a broke disabled older adult college student. I started a discord and student org at my uni to help connect LGBT+ students together and improve support network. I joined an LGBT+ oriented Greek org on campus and am so poor I have to find raise to pay for my share of the dues (most of which go to insurance).

You’re literally proposing getting rid of pride, the time when the greater community comes together because of corporations being corporations instead of just rolling your eyes at them with the rest of us.

Pride is where I meet and connect with people, where I work towards building bonds and a base of people I can interview and find unmet needs and work towards finding solutions for them.

If you don’t want to go. Don’t go. Don’t be like some HOA-goer that tries to ban “degenerate” flags for everyone because they don’t like them.

You do you. I’m going to keep connecting with my local community, and maybe blast ram ranch over the cb radio the next time that annoying trucker convoy is in town, and over a bullhorn at 3am when they’re sleeping in a big public lot.

Sure Jan.

Oh, off topic question here—who is your favorite news show host?

Pride month?

Oh great, time to see companies pretend they give a crud.

Some of us suspect some form of direct intervention at a moderator level. In another post yesterday he rushed to the defense of another troll who posted a similar topic and when pointed out the person who posted was a troll, with proof(used some very right-wing terms before in the forums), our OP here blew up and accused a few of us of being conspiracy theorists and following him around UNTIL he was shown directly the use of those Right-Wing terms.

Within 1-2 minutes of embarrassing himself the thread was moved to another forum and all the posts pointing out how he embarrassed himself were removed, as were a bunch of others pointing out the trolling. This was after the thread in question had been up for 8 hours or so and had definitely seen moderator action because it’d received flag protection.

That’s some Phoenix Wright levels of defense. Amazing work!

Next time, start with "OBJECTION!"

This thread was flagged and content hidden for a time. I assume once they looked at it and unflagged it there was no reason to allow it to be flagged again.

Actually they do change it out to rainbow come between now and June, on shirts, stickers, the logo pins/ We have last year’s Pride related pins and magnates from Blizz. Pretty much just like any company this time of year playing the “slap a rainbow on this, oh people like, let’s put on this, this and this”

Someone made a thread about it in the CS forums a few weeks back. The blue’s argument was that “We never know 100 percent that they are trolling despite every single thread by them needing to be locked” imagine if we applied this logic to every other troll. Well there is a one percent chance they might not be trolling so they shouldn’t be silenced

Companies are scared of this subject for some reason. Like a rainbow camo army will come for them or something. In a way I guess it will, just be an invasion through media.

But what if my character is married with a son amd a loving wife?

I’m a broke, able-bodied, neuro-diverse PhD student. In the 1990s I helped establish my campus’ first LGBTQ student organization in the Deep South. There were threats on my life because I was the club’s liaison to the SGA… Did I win?

The point is, Pride isn’t just an event. Pride is a marketing strategy and a brand. There are genuine crises facing the gay community, but quite a few folks have some bread and they spend it to put on a circus. The result is a delighted and pacified populous.

As for news, I take my news mainly in written articles and sometimes from videos and audio from the BBC, al-Jazeera, and NPR. I’m not one to follow personalities.

Objection, Hearsay.

You could…I dunno…always organize your own event in game…

So you think roleplayers who have families are bad, eh?

Yes.

I think adults roleplaying as children in a video game is bad and only an avenue that child predators use in online settings in order to lure children into their child pornography rings.

If you role play as a child at the Goldshire Inn on MoonGuard you are most likely already on a Federal watch list.

Edward Snowden already proved that.
