Randoms? Hardly ever. Epics? Not very uncommon.

I donât do epics, but yes Iâm sure itâs much more common there with the epic BG communities doing their pathetic queue syncing. But I have really never seen it in randoms.
The thing is, that there is nothing in the way of activating these countdown sync matches.
In EU where they are much more open about them, players have literally made a business out of it.
Bigger sample size to boot.
Thousands+ of matches played at 98%+ win rates. 
I recently got full 411 gear on two different alts. On multiple occasions I saw full 10-stacks in WSG / Twin Peaks / Gilneas in back to back games.
I guess youâre just lucky.

I find it amusing that soo many of them believe that if you queue with your friend you have crazy strategies, hyper super duper gear and the power of the sun to eleminate all your foes.
Meanwhile friends are @ discord talking about random stuff and barely paying attention to the random.

pretty much lol, i donât recall the last time i was in a premade that was tryharding
i donât think anyone actually just sits afk waiting for specific classes to join before they queue. itâs just queue with whoever and people join and drop and rejoin later

There are numerous imgurs that have screen shots of patreon donations from players who want to join these queue sync groups.
Babies flying is pretty far fetched in comparison to humans buying what ever advantage they can get in World of Warcraft pal.
Who is doing this on NA servers though? Iâve never seen anything of the sort⌠other people in this thread that do a lot of BGs have never seen it⌠one classic alt says he sees it constantly. It doesnât really add up.

Can it be done? Yes! Does it happen here in 40 players every night? Yes.
