They do when they lose 3 games for a 21 minute timer versus a full pug v pug that lasts 45 minutes bc none of them know what theyre doing.
Thats besides the point tho. I am all for match making but if complaints start further about miniscule things that can be fixed via better gameplay, i WILL be making a post pointing out the obvious.
What will happen is they will beg for a timer. they want a timer bc they do not like wsg and just want rep. Hence timing the games. These people do not care. I honestly dont care if these players are never catered for, ever.

Whenever I am in a game of FULL pugs, the games are always horrendous. Nobody has any idea what they’re doing. More often than not, the pug team that has a small 3-4 man is carried by the 4 man.
Because you have little experience on the matter. Pug v pug that drags on, and it will, will result in time loss for efficiency farmers and if you need to afk out of a 45 minute game, there’s 1 hour lost for zero marks where as now they just lose in 8m for a mark.
As I stated above, if it’s miserable now, wait till you’re afking out of games and have 45 minute stale mates. Then tell me how your rep farming is going.

I have no desire to have to join a full premade to pvp. Pretty sure 90% of the community feels the same.
If I wanted to pvp seriously there is always retail. I just want to put on some music and play way to escape the world, not to have to get into discord just to play a game.
I 100% love and enjoy pvp. This is a GAME and supposed to be fun but there is nothing fun about random bg’s right now. Going 0-3 and having to go afk at the gy.

I solo queue a lot, pug vs pug games are usually 20ish minutes at the most. During which there’s a good chance you’ll get at least a flag cap or two even in a loss, and you’ll win around 50% of them.
That’s simply better than losing quickly for a single mark and no honor and no flag caps. On top of being a better game experience than afking in a GY.

Yeah I do a lot actually. I actually know how to play the bg so I am able to get wins more often than you do. Yes even vs groups. I beat lremades with like 2 friends with no discord. I also expect to not always beat prems as solo. Is the sky blue?
I solo q’d and then decided joining a premade would be better and it has been. Winning against pugs has been fun because we put the effort in to form a group for the expected combat and dominate, and winning against premades is fun because of the strategy. When we lose it’s fine too we just have fun playing as groups.
So you just need 7 more to be happy with your team, just form a 10 man raid group like you do in PvE.
Won many solo q and lost many solo q. about 50/50. When I lost a lot I went to do world pvp.
I’m not. I even made a post for a premade league or RBGs. I play this game to fight premades on purpose and find competitive games.
But that’s not what we are talking about. You are deflecting the fact that pug games will still be miserable, full of quitters and throwers, people giving up, and games lasting exponentially longer resulting in longer honor farms for solo q players as they find themselves AFKing out of stalemates that do not happen now
Pug groups are more often than not carried by small groups. Pure pug games result in AFKs. Stalemates and games full of blockheads that have no idea what they are doing. And you and I both know it
I wouldn’t be crying if solo q came in but I like to think sometimes that premades build the mmo community as I know many people have met and grouped up during this phase due to creating premades to stop other premades. I like going into retail wow and escaping the world with some music and playing solo but in the classic/sod branded games, I like to think the war in warcraft applies to bg’s and that you wouldn’t go into war without a good strategy or group. But again if solo queue happens which it looks like Arathi basin and wsg in phase 2 might recieve, then no worries.

I feel like anyone that is all for premades and doesn’t want premade vs premade and only wants to stomp pugs isn’t actually there for pvp.
PvP is just way to unbalanced right now for me to ever take it seriously in SOD. I mean if you don’t have priest it’s an auto loss if the other team has any. And the fact that they don’t even have to be good makes it worse.

It has never even been this close to being this un fun to solo q.
Yes pugs can be retarded “more often that not”
But in a pug bs pug a solo player can make a huge difference and even win the game.
Pug vs premade, there is 0 chance. Unless the premade isn’t really a premade and someone just invited the first 9 people to ask.
