It’s ridiculous trying to solo queue WSG. Every single game is vs a full premade so we get no wins, no flag caps, no honor, and most of the time not even any kills. Group sizes must be limited to 5 like in Retail. This way friends can still play together without incentivizing the degenerate behavior we see now.

Then you take turns playing together. Premades should only be vs other premades, but since Blizzard can’t seem to make that work they need to be broken. How many people are quitting SoD because they queue into endless premades? This is not healthy for the game.

It wouldn’t entirely fix the situation as players can just coordinate a queue and you will still end up fighting against those partial premades with just your full pug. Pug v Pug has it’s problems as well with players that afk, bots, and unbalanced comps.
IMO the only fix for this would be to not gate bis gear behind pvp and make rewards more cosmetic. There would still be premades but they wouldnt be as frequent.

Maybe it is! If the people who would literally quit the game rather than do something to help themselves when all the tools are available are actually quitting, perhaps that’s the best possible thing for the game!
There are tons of things they could do. The idea that there is a problem that needs to be fixed is one that they could address, and really it depends on what they want to achieve.
Do you cater to people who don’t want to have problems in more of a sandbox game that they are able to solve by solving them for them, or do you cultivate the culture of players who prefers that sort of an environment? You can’t really cater to both, because they are opposing playstyles and preferences.
Ultimately, it’s completely up to the developers. Personally, I absolutely detest the attitudes of people who are complaining about premades, and attempting to appeal to the compassion of others by playing the victim while doing absolutely nothing to help themselves, throwing games, quitting, and berating their teammates while dragging them down. My vote is to literally ban them from the game. Disallow them from even playing SoD. Of course, I’m not the one in charge, and the devs may opt to cater to them instead, which of course will displace players like myself (it’s possible that I am the only player who is like me, as I am an individual).

Oh please, we all know players doing premades aren’t interested in a fair fight. If they were, then they would be demanding premades vs premades. They just want to curb stomp pugs for easy honor and gear.

Firstly, I don’t. But as I stated, very clearly:
My personal opinion on this topic is no secret. You have many tools at your disposal to solve your own problems yourself, yet you choose to point the finger, play the victim, and blame others, while demanding changes and attempting to build up a narrative to attack people who disagree with you.
You may feel that your attitude and behavior are just fine. I personally do not.

I am using the tools available to me. If Blizzard didn’t want us solo queuing BGs, then that wouldn’t be an option for us. I shouldn’t have to schedule a BG (which can be queued endlessly) the same way I schedule a raid (which can only be done once every 3 days).

I figured you’d be playing wotlk with all the complaining you did about icc difficulty and how the icc buff was so good, so good you jumped to another game, got farmed on that one too and now that game has a problem that needs nerfed, the cycle continues

Let them break themselves. All these minmaxers are gonna burn themselves out going for that 1 extra ap for .01 on their parses. Gonna be funny when they don’t get any exalted rewards and realize they have to do the honor grind all over again and have nothing to do after exalted with AB. They’re already upset about having hundreds of marks saved only to be useless.

Majority of premades seem to be there for rep since the event stops at revered. If they re-enabled rep to exalted in bfa I bet most of these pug premades would disappear.
Don’t need another thread, blizz already said they adding a matchmaking system. Wait and see.
