Premades need to be broken

most of the premades just want people that won’t go in one by one to die. Just join one with a simple /w, if that interaction is too difficult or you just want to be handed things maybe chocolate is more your flavor over vanilla if you catch my drift.

Sorry this is SoD not vanilla.

And they are doing something about the queuing in phase 2 because premading vs pugs is just stupid and there’s a reason virtually every game with a queue system has something to deal with it.

I sorry I didn’t Discover that one. I guess you didn’t catch my drift, I’m referring to how grouping up with players in an mmorpg (branded with Classic btw) terrifies people that aren’t used to it. Some players like grouping with others some don’t, I guess that’s where the melting pot of the forum comes into play where it’s hard for everyone to agree.

Good for you all if you can find a premade at all times on your server, on mine if it not in the evening (and I usually dont play then, cause you know, family and such), you wont get a premade for hours at hand.

So what do I do? Just not pvp?

A 2v2 feels nothing like an ashenvale 200v200.
10 man raids feel nothing like a 40 man raid.
And 10 man wsg feels nothing like 40 man AV.

In WSG you are called out by name a lot more than in AV, AV is a massive body of players moving around making macro plays, WSG is all micro plays. Not everyone wants that kind of attention or they absolutely would seek out discords and whatnot.

I don’t just mean people are nervous or get social anxiety, sometimes you want to play wow while you have music playing, or you just want 19 other people who are also playing the same game you are, that kind of solo kind of group thing that WSG sometimes does.

I am going to stick to objective and lazy observations on this one and say: Either they find a fix that works, or they do not find a fix that works. Customers gave their feedback on what it’s like trying to play a fair matchup and how often they get pitted against premades, and a dev has responded that they think it’s worth addressing somehow.

Maybe you are correct and they fail to fix it.

The dev said something about match making, so maybe not just separate ques but literally rated BGs with MMR. You won’t be queing your 90% winrate warrior into a 20% winrate druid. Or they mess up and it just stays bad for the people who think it’s bad.

I think giving people the ability to choose is a good thing, right now it feels like a shotgun wedding where 1 party doesn’t like the other but wants to force them into wedlock anyways. “I don’t respect how you want to play but don’t leave me I need you”

You don’t need a full 10 man to win games

very good idea to make sure that your comp will be trash, and that you can only communicate with half the team vs a perfect comp with full coms, right…

did you try it yourself? i am sure you did not and that you always roll full premade with coms and primo comp. stop gaslighting please…

Finally, 140+ posts in this thread the first legitimate argument I’ve heard. If you literally don’t have the population to create a group of likeminded pvp players or join a current one, then absolutely I hear your concern. The family part isn’t really anything I can fix but yes a population issue would be a problem. Most of the anti-premades here are just noise and if they put as much effort in game building a pvp team as they do into their forum posts then they would have no issue with pvp. I see some good Shadowstrike premades on your server come up against ours and it’s always a fun game. But if it’s low pop the times you play then I’m unsure and then yes I apologize.

Yes I’ve done it myself. Just a week ago I sent a stream video of me beating 3 premades in a row as 3 people. Shaman mage Druid. Someone said the same thing you did and asked me to prove it so I did.

I’m not sure why you are lashing out at me, I just simply stated you can win games and beat premades without 10. You don’t need it. 90% of people, solo and premade as a whole do not know how to play wsg properly and they lose to small groups all the time.

What class do you play? Try queing with just a priest mage and x and see how much of a difference it makes per game by playing objective. Don’t even go mid, go around that mess. I’m not gaslighting anyone and I don’t appreciate you just randomly exploding on me for no reason.

Very true. I mean just a little bit of effort, a little bit of pressure and the majority of the premades encountered in WSG will crack.

Sarcasm, first of all.

Second of all, of course when the game FORCES YOU to join a group through PVP you are “playing together”.

My comment is more based on the fear of making friends/aquaintences in the game. Joining a guild, etc.

I personally DONT. I am introverted and dont like groups.

But I dont come on the forums and cry about it.

First time, huh?

they need to make a system where you queue and you join with 9 other people and its a premade of 9 individuals that queued the same way.

as a matter of fact, just retire the solo q. everyone can queue into a premade then. that way we’re all premades. perfect solution

No point in posting here…
Im convinced the only people that support the premades are PVEers.
There is 0 chance anyone has fun solo qing wsg…

People still get to play together in an mmo if it’s not a premade.

That’s a silly argument.

You just don’t get to choose geared people and certain classes to pug stomp.

i found the problem. find some friends

No, it’s a repeat of 2019. Thought Blizzard would have learned from that. Guess not.

There’s between 6-10 guilds on our server that are all pvp premade guilds. We have built rivalries over a small time and have to build strategies (def and off) to beat specific teams based on their builds and previous warsong performances. we’ve come up against plenty of solo teams that we said “man if only they teamed up that was a good team for a solo/pug”. but too many are shy to talk to others and play likeminded people.

BFD raid groups are premades for PvE content
PVP groups are premades for PvP content.

Premades are great. Join one

They think full pug games who are full of randoms are competitive games where everyone is off doing their own thing.

If the wish was granted to solo q ppl for Solo q, their rep grind would slow down exponentially. I can list why if anyone wishes

That’s funny if you think pugs are getting any rep or honor for losing to a premade.

Pug vs pug can only improve the experience from any stand point, the only discussion is how much.
