We all know the game is in trouble.
A lot of these threads however are just adding onto the pile of garbage

I disagree, these threads and streamers quitting is probably what Blizzard needs to see right now to fix the game.
If there was more people accepting it then there would be less threads created on similar topics.
Then put it in one big thread. Multiple stuff just means some stuff is gonna get lost
Preach and Asmon are both done.
So you’re saying there’s a silver lining to all this.
If you don’t want to believe that they are not streaming in order to make money, that’s ok by me.
With the amount of criticisms and negativity lately, it would be impossible to compound it to one thread. Borderline every day something new and stupid happens.
Making money is just one aspect of it. Asmongold played World of Warcraft before he started streaming.
I don’t know, guys. You might not think it’s a huge deal, but I am worried that these streamers are the canary in the coal mine.
Like I said, It was already proven how influential streamers are to a game. The last example was when Asmongold streamed FF14. FF14 beat WoW in Google Trends when that happened and then Square Enix ran out of digital copies of FF14.
Is this thread supposed to be good news or bad news?
Mostly just to convince the older crowd here that streamers do matter to a game these days.
If I had a nickel every time someone said “wow is dead” in the forums…
We know most of the devs worked at home for a while now, and that they were surprised we did not like their new shard system… I think the game being bad has more to do with the devs vision and a lack of respect for the playerbase. Not that any of the other stuff would help, just think we should make make excuses for their work not being enjoyable.
Where did that phrase even come from.
Didn’t people always complain about how unfair and stupid it was that streamers get special access and invites?
Now it’s really bad that some streamers won’t be there to get them and actually the streamers are the ones doing everyone a “favor?”
No, this is actually serious for the game’s health. These people are doing free promotions for the game and keep it relevant. Blizzard will feel their loss.
That might be true, however, it is now his income source, and he will stream whatever content brings the income in.
He’s a multi-millionaire lol. He literally bans people in his chat all the time. He doesn’t have to worry about money for the rest of his life at this point.
If people like hazel or taliesin leave i would agree
But asmon and preach literally hate the game
