We need to voice to Amazon that their game is amazing or else we might be seeing P2 in December if they keep pushing release back.

Choosing between New World and WoW is like voting for a president. Lesser of two evils. Turd Sandwich vrs Giant Douche. Acti/Blizzard had some issues with some bad actors in the company, and a bit too much cover up. Otherwise, generic company putting profit above product. Amazon on the other hand is a giant corporation that treats its employees even worse than Activision (hard I know), literally filed patents for timed cages for it warehouse employees (look it up), is in bed with the CIA/DOD, doesnt pay any taxes, uses its third party marketplace for analytics it then uses to crush those very sellers who use it marketplace, and is not-so-slowly taking over the entire US economy.

Idgaf who’s making the game as long as it doesn’t suck. Both games will be fun to play, looking forward to giving both companies menial amounts of money for hundreds/thousands of hours of fun.

Considering the size of Amazon and their budget; this could be a strategy by them to break the back of Blizz by intentionally dragging it out causing a badly equipped and lazy Blizz to launch late with low quality products while Amazon will go live with something new, unblemished and a real effort to deliver a bug free product.
Meanwhile Blizz has nothing to gain by delaying because their quality is already rock bottom and we know they aren’t gonna fix the bugs anytime soon.
Think about it, if Blizz is delaying because of Amazon they are getting suckered by Amazon.
Tho there is also the possibility that Blizz is just using it as an excuse by letting you assume this is what they are doing, and they put the PTR up to silence the crying.
No matter how you slice it, they’re screwed because they mismanage the game at every single turn and frankly there is no good way to manage TBC, in a problem free way, but regardless of that fact Blizz could do a much better job than they presently are.

To me at least it’s painfully obvious that the people working on the game likely do not play it, and if they do it is so casually that they may have just recently hit level 70.

That would legit be funny if Amazon was holding off on NW to screw with Blizz. I don’t believe that to be the case, but it would be funny.
Jeff Bezos, if you’re reading this here’s my pitch:
Bankroll a massive new wave of bots on all of blizzard’s servers. This will be the botpocalypse that drives all legitimate WoW players away. Blizz will do nothing, happy with the bot revenue.
You then quit paying for all the bots, leaving the servers totally empty.
Do it Jeff, do it.

Maybe phase 2 was tied to the release of Amazon’s Lord of the Rings MMO. The remainder of TBC may have already been cancelled, we just don’t know it yet.
