Everytime I come here half the posts are people asking for SoD changes. Why?

If you want viable specs and class balance, SoD is right there waiting for you.

Thanks…… those posts were exactly what I was referring to and that’s just the first page. Every time I come to this forum I have to weed through all the “change classic” posts. Super annoying

To be fair the Seal of Command is a legit complaint about the proc rate being 6ppm and 70% dmg instead of 7ppm and 70% dmg, sounds like the proc rate is lower than expected from 2019 classic
