Please revert back to Personal Loot / Here is why

Exactly and I have the top tier sub to Raid Bots. I sim every single detail for each fight.
I actually had in a previous guild, just a month ago a “Class Officer” argue with me about rolling on a SHIELD for my shaman and HE was the class mentor for the guild. THOSE are the type of people who end up on Loot Councils, they are either ignorant of each players class or biased to their friends.

I didn’t say “options bad, this good”. I said we don’t know a full situation yet and until we have live testing, we can’t be acting like the sky is falling.

I quite literally said this earlier in the thread.

Except that’s not what he’s doing. At all.

The hypocrites are the people that said it was no big deal and it was only fair/better for Blizzard to have a singular loot system. Now it isn’t fair/better? Nah bro… not here for that.

Raid with competent guilds who’ll ask for whom an item is better by having players sim it on the spot or providing an updated droptimizer.

We all remember HFC and DS LFR. This new system is literally roll need if need is lit up.

I don’t need to test it to know this.

Yes you do because this new system has different protocol put in place with different ideas and a lot of under the hood changes as was highlighted by the official blue post detailing the information present, which NO ONE seems to be taking into account.

If the dice lights up, I’m pressing it. Everyone will.

Then you’re part of the problem.

There a problem,if we agree to this system they’ll let it happen and wouldn’t change it if it is bad to use. They never change anything when they make their mind up til it’s very late in the game or after it.

I’m for options ,personal and group loot yes.

You’ll thank me when PL returns to LFR and pugs. I see it as being part of the solution.

And I do need that +60 gold.

You’re gonna sit here and call people hypocritical and egotistical, and all these other names and then just sit here and say:

Talk about hypocrisy. If you want people to use a system fairly and as intended, you should use it fairly and as intended.

What hypocrisy ? I never claimed to be fair with loot in pugs and LFR. I literally never roll out anything I win under PL.

Yea, I agree with that… And I left that guild a week ago for a much less toxic guild and the current one I am in now is fantastic.

But if we also have to WAIT for everyone to stop and sim each item, before or after raid. Its already going to make a long raid night longer.

One of my complaints about going Group Loot is that players are already complaining about spending more time getting to raid, then actually killing bosses in the raid. I think even Asmond or Bellular, one of the other was talking about this the other day. We spend very little time on bosses and the majority of time is either getting everyone going in the raid or killing trash to get to the bosses. If players spent 5 mins working this out after each boss. Thats almost another HOUR you have to budget into raid time…

No, the raid can clear trash while people are doing loot.

Someone is spouting off without reading the changes.

You won’t be able to roll need if you can’t/won’t use it. If you want to roll and then sell an upgrade, then you do you… but what you think you are going to do? Won’t be possible.

I won’t thank you for anything, you’re not helping the situation in any way.

I’ve said, from the beginning of the whole thing - way back when this arose the first time around - choices belong in 100% guild groups. LFR and PuGs should absolutely be Personal Loot. I’ve been alongside these guys the entire time advocating for options that never should have been removed in the first place.

I will make sure to pass that along to our healers and tanks… The DPS can go ahead and start clearing…

I read all the changes 3 minutes after they were posted.

You didn’t read the changes. Of course I will. I will be rolling on Heroic/normal/lfr mog pieces with no problem under the proposed loot rules.

Yes and you’ll thank me and everyone who rolled need on everything they could when this becomes the solution to the incessant “my loot was stolen!” threads.

No, I won’t. I don’t go around thanking people for their awful behavior.

Playing by the rules is never awful behavior. Blame the person who made the rules.
