go on a server with a high population, there’s 35 people with giant mounts hovering over every egg spawn spot

I’m on MG and haven’t run into this. Run around and get the others. Ask for more changes to the eggs. Ask for mounts to not be usable near the buildings during Noblegarden. There are other solutions.

Because it’s bad game design. As I’ve been telling others, y’all need to really go play some other MMOs that have a more positive holiday design that makes things fun.

I think most people would agree that it’s a completely different feeling when you buy something than it is when you get a lucky drop.

I bought the stuff I wanted from Love is in the Air after working towards those goals and it felt great.

Let’s not try to pull numbers out of our butts.

And again, if you people are really that addicted to low drop RNG, then fine, leave it in as an option.

The armoury doesn’t take that long lol

I earned and equipped the pirate outfit on Sunday. Today is Thursday. That’s just under 100 hours(not counting Sunday) with no update, and when I first started posting is these forums, Sarro here was naked for like a month, even tho I wasnt in game.

Like I said, idk if the same rules apply to mounts, but it definitely can take that long for transmog, so it’s a possibility

It’s absolutely a thing. The armory is not an automatic update and with all of the issues right now with the game and Bnet, things aren’t updating. I have characters that haven’t updated in weeks.

I used to like going out with friends to egg hunting places and going around collecting eggs to buy holiday things. We’d do that for days and have fun hyjinks and just have a good time being silly. 17 characters day after day just hoping to get 1 item (I have 5 PAIRS OF BOOTS NOW) isn’t fun and friends jumping all on alts to get it over with as fast as they can means we’re all basically just doing this dumb event solo. It’s not fun. The mounts aren’t worth the nonsense. Blizz can keep it and their dumb Valentines rocket, and the Headless Horseman, too.

Egg hunting is zen-like to me. It’s relaxing.

Love is in the Air dailies were fun to me. I enjoyed them.

Would highly recommend GW2 for this, honestly. They don’t get everything right, but the effort they put into their holidays should be the bare minimum for MMOs. The Mad King’s Clock Tower alone blows away any one of WoW’s seasonal events.

fair enough. I just don’t usually ignore anyone, because they might eventually say something I agree with, and if they don’t, even the most boring trolls are often more entertaining than whatever I’m doing at the moment. lol
