I like Wrath. But if Wrath and Cata are up at the same time, then those Wrath only servers would be dead within a few months. So not a good idea.

yea idk if you call 9m players a huge flop but anyways. Wrath Classic had the biggest flop yet, playerbase easily halved if not more

Hey, if you want the opinion of the weird guy with OCD who wants to experience all the lore, the WotLK is good as it is as a trilogy. Making a server for that and allowing transfer is an excellent idea as it solidifies it, again, as a trilogy. I think thatās a smart idea. Anyway, thatās one manās opinion.

Canāt you experience TBCās and Wrathās lore in Cata (or any expansion after it)? Did they do something to the game that I missed?
In terms of Vanilla lore, sure, good thing it is there for people that love the lore (Not sure how much relevancy Vanilla lore has but thats up to you to decide).
I was wondering that very same thing. As far as Azerothā¦did the Revamp destroy Vanillaās lore? The world sure, but the lore? I donāt know. Been a LONG time since I leveled in the post-Cata Azeroth. There might be even more lore to uncover, for all I can remember. In any event, thereās always Classic Era.

It moves away from WC1,2,3 to update the lore to create the opportunity for new villians. It retcons where deathwing was hiding aswell and turned it into a 5man instead of his main base.
Pretty sure they didnāt change that much in terms of lore, more like, advanced lore of the zones. For example Vanessa Van Cleef in Westfall.
But hey, Iām all for it that people can still play the zones they changed drastically. Vanilla Era exists for that. Iām just confused by this idea of TBC and Wrath lore beingā¦ gone? Its still 1:1 there, except I guess undercity scenario which is a broken mess anyways (at least in Blizzards version)
It butchered a ton of the lore with Cata, probably the biggest issue I have with modern WoW is the desecration of the story.
Please, please please keep Wrath servers. I refuse to play cata and I would like to continue my subscription. Cata is not classic its a disgrace

I honestly just want both. Vanilla classic and bc classic werenāt really my jams either.
I want to dabble in cata classic to. But only If I can clone my toons to a permanent wrath classic server. I donāt see the point of going otherwise, because there were things I liked about cata. But wrath was the best.

Believe it or not most players donāt post on the World of Warcraft forums ever, let alone multiple posts a day like you do.
The people you see with low post counts are only posting here because they know no other way to get their feedback to Blizzard.
Itās the only reason I started posting recently.

Correct. Most people that write in the forums are doomsayers and/or complainers. Not many people like me that have a rational working brain are left.
Considering not many of you doomsayers and/or complainers are here it seems like Wrath Era isnāt that popular. The forums were flooded when they announced no TBC Era.
