I think they are all in on one single mega server. Which makes sense for them. Not great for people that like to RP though.

Savvy will probably be the Hardcore realm, seems to make the most sense.
I’m curious, any ideas on what a Dire Maul-themed RP-PvP realm might be called? Seems the other three are using the buffs from there.

The PvP Discord thread is currently defending… well, go look for yourself.

PvP server going to be a hot mess if they keep fostering that type of community.

Seems to be only 3 buffs. Please don’t tell me they don’t want to go past 3 because they ended up loving the buff names and not wanting to change it :laughing:

I suppose it would have to be Dire-Maul-y to keep with the theme.

‘Nostro’s Compendium of Dragon Slaying’ would be cool, but too long of a name.

But it does create: Quel’serrar, a very vanilla sword in the book you get from Dire Maul.

And Quel’serrar is not a currently used server name.

I’m just throwing out names, maybe if we help find a fun name with the Dire Maul theme, it will help the movement.

Okay, but honestly? That’s probably the coolest server name ever. I feel like I would roll on that server regardless of the type just for the name, lmao.

I agree its an awesome name, but the likelihood of it being used would be lower as it doesn’t fit the ‘flow’ of the names.

Not only that, having a name that sticks out so hard (in a good way) might attract the wrong crowd. :pensive:

That is just speculation, example:

Fengus’ Ferocity (PVP)
Mol’dar’s Moxie (Normal)
Slip’kik’s Savvy (Normal)
Quel’serrar (RPPVP)

vs

Fengus’ Ferocity (PVP)
Mol’dar’s Moxie (Normal)
Slip’kik’s Savvy (Normal)
Nostro’s Compendium (RPPVP)

Honestly they could name it Garrosh’s Jockstrap and I’d still play on it, just want to play with my favorite community again :heart:

This one I think is perfect. It makes RP-PvP distinct, which it should be, and includes a notable item from the game that’s extremely RP in nature - coating the dull blade in dragon fire, tempering it in Onyxia’s blood after she dies, it’s 10/10

I missed out on the RP realms last go around and I would love the opportunity this time. Was pretty disappointed by there not being an option this time around. This thread gives me hope though!

lol i don’t see why the RPPvP server being delayed would be a bad thing. let all the tryhard discord people roll on the pvp server :expressionless:

People and RP guilds want to be able to participate in fresh launch from the get-go without needing to transfer or reroll just a couple days later
