Err no, no it’s not. It almost never has been. You certainly can’t get anything better than Champion gear in solo content. And that was only in the last few months. Before delves you couldn’t get anything better than Vet 4/8 out of solo.

Pets were part of Marksman the Hunter class since Legion. Like are you okay? Can you only see what is on you meta guide? You keep saying bad faith but your claims are always factually wrong. Like you even have tried to dismiss the eagle being a pet because it doesn’t fit your faulty narrative.

No, they arent able to make the damage an MM hunter does with a pet even close to one without because if they did it would make hunter ST broken.
Its a fundamental issue not a balancing issue.
Its why I dont take any non hunters seriously because they dont know this issue.
Snozay only does group content but pretends to be an expert on solo content. It’s best to just ignore them at this point.

Your comprehension of how its impossible to balance a spec that with a pet does slightly lower ST but once any extra targets are added takes massive DPS losses because the pet cant attack multiple targets.

Class RP fantasy is a nice idea. But that really is literally a fantasy. The game needs to be built around balance and playability, not somebody’s need to wear the right colour pants.
It’s interesting how Blizzard has managed to figure out ST vs AOE damage with pets on other specs but can’t possibly do the same thing with MM.
