Yet never had a problem with it, never spoke against it, when the “echo chamber” was doing it for a cause you believed.

Sorry I only speak on subject I care about. I’m not about to defend everyone. However I do not want people silenced even if I vehemently disagree with their ideas regarding WoW. Like I said I would never flag a post just because I disagree.

World PvP is pretty awful due to being unbalanced. That’s a huge reason why people avoid it. Arena and Battlegrounds have special rules to help even the playing field. PvP won’t change due to flying since there are still objective based quests. The only thing that might change is ganking.

I honestly would love to see Blizzard start penalizing people for lowbie camping.
Ganking a lower level player is not pvp. PvP is when both players have a chance.

I do agree with this. However, (anecdotally speaking) it’s usually harder to convince between to abstain, remove, surrender, prune etcetera, a feature that has been a staple of the game for well over a decade.
I think that’s where the frustration comes from. Don’t take away. Give a reason to not use, instead.
That would be fine with me, but sadly I’d turn off WM at that point as flying is so much better, to me, than WPvP.
She’s arguing against the literal definition. It’s not me saying she’s wrong, it’s literally the name.
Ok, let me ask you one question?
If you were on a low level toon, and a level 120 came down and constantly ganked you, not let you level or give you a chance to do anything, would you call that PVP?

Considering that’s one player entering combat with another player, I would call that PvP. And to put even more emphasis on it, I’d even call that World PvP.
