Well no I’m using twink queues from the day that EXP was added. Twinks instantly stopped queuing as soon as they had to fight other twinks.
Disabling twinking might be the lowest IQ thing I’ve ever heard on this forum tbh… the entire point of twinking is to be superior to people who aren’t twinks… why tf would you make a twink only to fight other twinks??? Why not just make a non twink and fight non twinks?

Unless someone is buying gold for real money or running a hack exploit, the playing field in WoW is equal for everyone.
A “twink” is a character with better gear than you have. If you don’t know how to counter that problem by now, you’ve got more problems than just losing in BGs.

I had a twink.
When exp was added the ability to disable the exp was also added.
Basically every twink disabled bg exp.
But there was a bug in the no exp ques that made the ques take forever to pop. After 2 hours of waiting I gave up. Tried again a week later. Same issue. Not because of the bug any more, but because the bug got basically all the twinks to give up on the que.
I geared my twink to fight other twinks on even footing. Because I was tired of losing. But I didn’t go crying about how op twinks were, I put the effort in and made them fight me. And with even ish gear and my skill they lost most of the time.
Twinks didn’t die off due to not being able to fight non twinks, they died off due to how long they had to wait just to do a BG.

Yeah… it was just a bug… and not a lack of interest when twinks couldn’t face roll non twinks.

Twinking is a valid alternative play style. It has always been allowed, it should always be allowed.

Uh yeah it WAS a bug, we even had a Que list made by a 39 player to test the bug out after a while, we would have enough people to populate two and a half WSGs qued up and in vent on both sides and not get pops on my old Battelgroup. then maybe an hour latter 3 or 4 get in, sometimes the BG doesn’t even fill up. We figured out there was something fishy on servers from several battlegroups when they removed battlegroups and it was only screwing us and not the EXP on ques, most of us transferred to specific servers to be sure we could get pops.
It was eventually fixed and we got pops and played but that took months of waiting, a lot of people quit before it was fixed.
To this day 19s are still a popular bracket that pops all day long so far as i know and i believe 39s and 59s are still a thing as well.
But by all means keep living in your fantasy land of made up BS village.

Except for the fact that you earn no xp in BG’s in Vanilla.
If you want XP BG’s then go to retail. You have that option already, don’t try to change the game others enjoy.
