Please confirm if TBC server will be ERA TBC

Please confirm if the new TBC will become TBC ERA so I know I am not wasting my time with something that will just cycle out like classic…

Same! It takes me a lot of time to get a character to max level, I’ll gladly do that again if I know it will remain permanently in TBC.

Two questions that I believe NEED to be addressed before the fresh launch next week:

  1. Will TBC become an era realm or will we have our progression removed after TBC again?
  2. Will there be any way that once the fresh realms hit the last phase that era is on to be able to transfer our era characters to TBC?

I’ve got characters in era I’ve been working a lot on and don’t want that time to be wasted leveling new characters…Even if it meant a gold cap on character transfer to TBC or something…

we need tbc era and wrath era with a fresh server every 3 years where we can clone to each expansion

I’m not wasting my time again just to have you screw the TBC fans over again. We want TBC Era. We deserve the same respect you give the vanilla Classic fans.

Give us the word, and I will happily level characters in Classic and wait for TBC.
But I’m not going past Level 1 until you promise.
And if you say it won’t stop at TBC Era… FORGET IT.

A few things I would love to know for planning purposes:

  1. Will we be able to clone our characters between fresh → TBC - > WotLK?
  2. Are we getting era servers for TBC and WotLK?
  3. In the event we get WotLK (1 and 2 of course assume this) will some of the changes
    that were made be implemented again such as account-wide
    achievements/mounts/toys/etc.?

A bit more information as to what we can expect would be great. If this is just going to be another case of being forced from TBC into WotLK then my interest will have decreased dramatically. I hope it eventually does progress into WotLK but only if we have the option to either clone our TBC characters or if we can do at our leisure.

Ideally, I’d love to have the option of copying my toon(s) to each classic iteration going forward from fresh yet also retain a copy on the previous version so long as each iteration is maintained independently. I like different xpacs for various reasons. I’d like to play where I want to as the mood hits me.

Era servers per xpac, please :crossed_fingers:

i want tbc starting at level 1. i have to
restart anyway bc my main is belf horde paladin. so no reason for me to join early and i don’t want to play wrath ever again lol.
