Please ban Key Repeaters like ISBoxer for Mulitboxing

Thanks friend.

Yes, it is against the rules.

Cheating

You are responsible for how you and your account are represented in the game world. Cheating in any fashion will result in immediate action. Using third-party programs to automate any facet of the game, exploiting bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage is considered cheating.

Exploiting other players is an equally serious offense. Scamming, account sharing, win-trading, and anything else that may degrade the gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties.

No it’s not. It’s not Automation according to Blizzard.

Wrong and maybe you should learn how to read the rules.

Hello Rhythalia welcome to the thread

Did I say this already in this thread?

Rhythalia is going to respond with

clears throat

“In that link you put, Blizz themselves said they’ll review their stance again if they see fit”

“copy” keystrokes is the automation.

Just to clarify things, even though Rhythalia has me on ignore.

Multiboxing does not automate anything.

Multiboxing does not exploit any bugs.

And if you think multiboxing “grants an unfair advantage”, then so does grouping up. Because that’s Blizzard’s official stance, that they both give you an advantage.

Wrong yet again.

It’s astounding you can really think it’s “Bannable & Cheating” when Blizzard has allowed it for 16 years.

Even with Blue Posts directly contradicting your claims.

You’re something Special.

You forgot “Causes massive disruption to the in-game economy”.

Or just “It’s literally in the Blizzard EULA”.

methods not expressly authorized by Blizzard, influencing and/or facilitating the gameplay, including exploits of any in-game bugs, and thereby granting you and/or any other user an advantage over other players not using such methods

Unless Blizzard has expressly authorized ISBoxer, and I don’t recall ever seeing evidence of that.

Most of the posts are decade old blue posts about the act of multiboxing not being against the rules. But I don’t recall any posts expressly authorizing key broadcasting software.

Of course it’s bannable. Money can be a corruption.

a software program is not a “method”

You should probably read thru the Blue Posts. Then after that… apply simple logic that if Blizzard hasn’t banned it in 16 years it’s still fine.

You are naive if you really believe Blizzard doesn’t know of Programs that people use to Multibox.

On top of that as the Blue Post said you use 3rd party for many things… Mouse & Keyboard. Blizzard doesn’t “authorize” 3rd party programs. They just say they don’t support them.

I intended for that to fall under the node comment but I can see it having it’s own mention, added it for ya buddy

Has Blizz expressly authorized anything outside of wow?

Here’s a more recent one for ya saying it’s cool

Going to need some source on this.

Strange, I don’t recall any way to use in-game macros to control other accounts.

Because you can’t! That’d be cool though

Man, that dead horse sure has to be only a skeleton now.

It’s dust! They are beating dust into the ground lol
